It a pretty good sofware

The benefits of confirming all the visits of my clients and being able to bill due to the transmissions of the visits.

Is easy to use, let us edit the raw duration of the calls, prints almost every report we need and the best is that is completely free

Room for improvement

Wont let us print a report of all the reason codes we've been using and we would like to have that option

The only negative is that some of the planned features are not up and running yet, but I knew this before purchased, and they were honest about timeframes and rollouts regarding the enhancements
