Quality, Reliable Phone Service

Great quality: We have been using Fastmetrics telephones for more then 5 years over broadband.

What they liked
  • Great quality: Fastmetrics has knowledgeable customer service via phone or email, a shout out to [sensitive content hidden]
  • They are always ready to help
  • The calls are always of good sound quality and the the system is trouble free
  • There is an online portal to check voice mail messages, handle calls from a built in softphone using the browser and configure other phone behaviors, such as call forwarding, simultaneous calls and more
Room for improvement
  • I can't think of anything I don't like with Fastmetrics
  • I can't think of anything I would change
