Nous utilisons My DSO Manager depuis 2015 et aucun des autres produits sur le marché ne nous a convaincu.

  • Ce logiciel répond à des critères essentiels, pour nous, en interne et en externe : Flexibilité pour nous adapter à l'évolution de nos besoins, Autonomie pour le faire, Transparence auprès de nos partenaires externes
  • Un dernier point nous plait particulièrement, c'est sa simplicité
  • On se l'approprie facilement et répond à toutes nos demandes de reporting, d'analyse et surtout de gestion

Après toutes ses années d'utilisation, nos besoins ont déjà été satisfaits mais un point pourrait nous permettre de gagner du temps : la création d'une pièce directement dans la fiche client sans passer par l'ADMIN
