Great ELD , Even Better Support
Our overall experience with Navistream is Excellent. The support is 2nd to none. The support team is amazing, always friendly and willing to assist when we bring up issues we experience. And they work hard to resolve the issues, and they report back on findings. They are excellent communicators, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] have done a great job for us. Very happy with the service we get from Navistream.
This software is very User Friendly, from the drivers as well Admin, pulls a lot of useful data for analysis

Great product with an all-star support team
We are extremely happy with the product and customer service. The training videos, access to support and the friendly nature of all the staff are second to none. No hesitation in recommending this product.
- Navistream provides us all of the information required and more to run our day to day dispatch business, monitor performance and provides foundational information for our KPI's
- When questions or issues arise, the support team at Navistream are always available to assist
- The entire team you get to work with from sales to service are exceptional
- Any small bugs or glitches that come up Navistream addresses right away
- There area some software development waits but nothing that is a show stopper for our business

Support was terrible. Manual update required. Retrieving data was difficult. Expensive hardware cost. Sales did not follow through on the features they sold us (we were invoiced for a year for a feature that never was turned on for us)

- Using new software always has it's learning curve, but the staff at our local streamline office are always available to assist
- What I like most about the software, besides the ability to track our fleet, is that we can use the data collected (off hwy and on hwy km) for the Fuel Tax rebate
- What I like least about the software
- I haven't really found anything I dislike about it as I am still learning how to use all the features

Highly recommend Navistream for ELD and Telematics
We are using Navistream to provide regular feedback to our drivers on their performance (Driver Scorecard). We are using the system to negotiate cycle times with our customers, as well as provide them information on delays loading and unloading. The system has all but resolved issues around getting paid for the time we put in.
- This system is cost-effective to implement and robust enough for even our Western Canadian log hauling environment
- Features continue to be developed including an outstanding, configurable reporting system
- Our drivers Iove it for ease of use
- None of them would ever choose to go back to paper logs again
- Customer service has been outstanding
- I highly recommend this product (Navistream) and the team at Streamline
It has taken a little longer than hoped to get all of the features we are looking for - but once released, they work well

- We purchased the software and package two years ago on recommendations from another company like ours
- The user of the log book is completely computer illiterate
- The training and ease of use for him has been shockingly simple
- I sat down with the Navistream team four months ago, just out of the blue, and was shocked at what they had to offer and what the product was capable of doing
- I am sure that if something is missing Navistream will figure it out
- For what we are using it for it is awesome

Navistream is an asset
It is great to be able to monitor our drivers without disturbing them. It helps dispatch in deciding on when they will be able to pick up the next load or if they are being held up at all.
- The ease of use and logical steps to find what is needed
- Until we got to learn "the tricks" we had issues with the screen being too dark and in transferring to Scale guys
- Once we used it though it is very easy

Non Issue
Overall Navistream is very good
- We had to train over 200 drivers and about 6 trainers
- All went very smooth mostly due to the simplicity of Navistream
- The IFTA reporting was not just a print report and send away or even close
- It is getting better
