An Excellent Product for Multi-agency use
It is simple to use, very effective in its objectives (we never had an issue with its function), and it enables our internal and external staff/clients to work together using the same platform for docs without compromising data protection etc. As a manager, I do not use it for uploading or deleting docs, but more for overview and monitoring, which is very quick and simple to do.
It's easy to use and customer support is quickly available (Harriet always responds promptly)
Having to keep a constant eye on connections we use to ensure with are below the max limit
Why they chose it
"Synergy is a home to all sensitive files and it would be difficult to block that out but allow file sharing with limited proportions. Building this module to suit us would be too expensive. SharePoint is not open to external staff. Teams is too temporary (files are deleted weekly by system) and access control limited."

Objective Connect in local government
Excellent product which is secure, well supported, and provides all the features users need for safe, easy and timely sharing of sensitive files.
- Ease of use - new users can be up and running within minutes and require no technical assistance to do so
- The user interface is well laid out and easy to follow
From an admin perspective removing users who have left and clearing down their files wasn't easy, but new features have been provided recently to improve that

Connecting providers with companies
Mostly ok - just frustratingly difficult for administrators trying to keep the count down. Have already suggested improvements multiple times.
Secure transfer of documents to external parties to avoid breaching privacy and security of information
As administrator there is no overview of last time workspace was used - no end date column - difficult to manipulate from the webpage because its attached to our RM system

Very Happy
great - since commencing using Connect many years ago, functionality has improved considerably and Connect has eliminated many barriers previously faced with sharing/receiving documents and files with external parties.
- the ability to share information with external parties while managing the records in Objective ECM
- Auditing - evidence of access to records etc
- our Compliance team us Connect to allow customers to upload photos and videos which means files end up in Objective ECM
with objective ECM and Connect integration - can be confusing for staff to understand when they need to access Connect from ECM or cloud

Objective Connect
Very positive. Again, very user friendly and secure.
- Ease of use for the end user
- Very intuitive with minimal training needed for user to get the best out of system
- Security aspect with built in encryption and access by invite only
Sometimes the Administration side of things can be a bit awkward having to use API's to perform tasks but these are being addressed to simplify the task

Objective Connect
My overall experience with Objective Connect is Positive and is a sharing platform I hope to continue to use.
Objective Connect serves the purpose of receiving files in a secure format and eases the concerns of clients
It logs you out very quick and was required to log back in several times, which causes delays in my review of documents
