Great Service & Reliable Software
[sensitive content hidden] has been great to communicate with over the years and we really appreciate how reliable the software is and how easily OnRes has integrated with Booking.com and Expedia.
- The staff at OnRes are very easy to communicate with, and the software is reliable
- If there is ever an issue, the team is on it right away and is always willing to help
The website can be slightly confusing to make changes, for example it is difficult to figure out how to black-out certain periods or remove a black out period

Seaport Inn, Port Union NL - Onres is the best move we ever made!
Onres has allowed us to boost our online presence through major booking platforms, and provided all the essential needs of a small hotel like ours and more. Group Bookings, Room Assignments, Housekeeping assignments and a way to link directly into our website for bookings were all game changers and the price can not be beat.
- Onres being a Canadian Company is a plus
- Their customer service is excellent and very prompt at addressing concerns
- I have not found anything I would place in the con column
- For the price you are paying it offers what we need and adds updates frequently

Overall very useful as a booking system
generally very positive. they do not contact you to try to constantly upsell, but are available when assistance is needed.
allowing people to book and amend their reservations without the assistance of staff has decreased our workload significantly in office
- There are some areas that could be a little more user friendly on the back end

My go to Reservation Software!
Really great & I like how I can get a Human on the phone no problem when I have a question. No crazy phone tree Push 2, Push 5, Push 1 & never get a person.
- There are a lot of features
- Most software that has a lot of features charge a high monthly rate
- I get this great price with OnRes PLUS all of the great features
- You can't beat that
- I don't enjoy the new dashboard preview once I log on
- it's an additional feature which, how can you get mad at extra features right
- but I don't use it so it's just an extra step for me

Heriot Bay Inn Thank You!
It is worth every penny. Because we are in a small rural community we often experience power outages or our internet goes down and the support is always right there.

- The system right from the beginning is so user friendly
- I am self taught on the computer and I have had no issues that I couldn't figure out myself or [sensitive content hidden] couldn't talk me through
- I honestly can't think of anything
- It has been easy to train all of our employees on how to use the system, what the policies are, and where to get help if they need it

Sorry I was not part of the decision process but am very glad we did. With Quokka we had to manually take the accommodation out of inventory. If we didn't someone else could book the same unit. With OnRes it automatically is removed from inventory so no chance of double booking.

The lack of direct reservations, most often related to the website, which is too costly with you to change much
