OC is a great program to use in your business

Been easy to use and customer service will help if needed.

Couldn't do without it now

Optculture has become the most important part of our marketing strategy. It has given us a lot of abilities that we did not have before. I do not think we could do without. There have been some issues with the tech side, but they do not outweigh the importance of it to us.

What they liked
  • The program works very well, It is our most effective marketing strategy
  • Being able to segment and target customers by many qualities is amazing
  • Plus, the reporting has been very useful to determine the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Despite a few tech issues, both the IT teams and the manager have been very available and have worked hard to settle any issues
Room for improvement
  • Sometimes understanding the logic of creating segments and campaigns is tricky, and there is no way to easily test these segments ahead of time
  • We had few times that we gave out very good deals to a larger group than was intended
  • Also, we have had attributes for segments that did not work correctly and had to be fixed by IT
