- Orion is great because it does a phenomenal job of capturing loads of data and then giving us the tools to run reports and queries to get the data that we are looking for
- It allows us to get the information that helps us in our decision making process
- There is a lot of different applications within the software and each one has its own features and a lot of capabilityt to it
- It's not so much a con, but it just takes an immense amount of dedicated time to understand how the different applications work
- This is a must before it can be used efficiently and effectively, so does require a significant time requirement

Some of the functions are not in the instruction manuals so I end up having to contact support when I'd prefer to do it myself with instructions

Orion is a well-rounded law firm financial service.
Overall, Orion has met all our needs. We were looking to transition to a robust software package and we have found that to be satisfactory in the Orion package.
- I love Orion's ease of navigation and their fantastic customer support
- I'm not happy about the newest e-Orion bill pay option
- It appears we are unable to charge the clients for credit charge surcharges anymore
