Great Software
Overall I loved Pulse. Some of the other employees found it too complicated and liked other programs better.
Our office tried out Pulse mainly for reminders and task management and it worked very well
- I think had we used it longer we would have really liked it
- However, the company decided on a different product

So much functionality with only one tool!
Highly recommend! You can likely eliminate one or more other products you are using to save even more money, let alone the huge efficiency gains.
What I like best about Pulse is that you have 3 (at least) separate automation systems all on one platform and, of course, that means they all talk to each other seamlessly without the need for human interaction
- Honestly, the only thing I can think of is to continue expanding the interfaces and functionality
- It is already amazing but, being greedy, we want more
- :)

Awesome mobile
Pulse allows easy access to see labor percentages and live sales. Love it and would recommend to all.
- I love the mobile app
- I use it daily to look up statistics to fill out daily reports at job
- Also, you can see what employees are clocked in/out which is useful
- The ios app differs slightly from the android app
- I wish they were both exactly the same for consistency between management

User Friendly Inventory Software
Pulse is user friendly and a great inventory program
- Easy to use and very helpful with the inventory
When you enter a new patient and you hit save once, if you forget and hit save again and click yes in the next box it makes a double appt

Pulse is very easy to use with helpful cash flow tracking, but needs more features for scaling businesses.

Pulse Inventory Managmenet
Recently changed from Arbimed to Pulse. Many of the features that made things simple seems to have been removed, like duplicating previous invoices from the patient view.
- Easy to use, straight forward layout
- Very little training time required
- Communication is difficult when you need assistance
- Send in a case and never hear anything back
- Changes made as "updates" seem to make tasks more time consuming and less efficient

Pulse is great!
Pulse is a very good program overall and I think it could be a great addition to other medical offices.
- The program Pulse is easy to use and efficient in helping our clinic become more organized when keeping track of inventory and medications
- I think it is a great tool that other medical offices can use who tend to administer medications in their own clinics as well as helping to decrease staff/patient errors
- Pulse tends to lag and does not read the medication when we scan to add
- It takes a couple tries between different browsers and having to clear the cache before the problem is resolved

Both Simple and Expansive

It is a little more robust than we were using, and will take a little time to get full use of this powerhouse program

Fantastic program for tracking medication inventory
Pulse is a great application for keeping track of inventory. It is simple to navigate and offers adding new patients a breeze. It has nice safety features such as a pop up message should the dosage given is different from the last. While simple to use, there are occasional glitches when inputting medications into the system and could work on making certain tasks more effective. For example, the safety feature mentioned above prompts a response with each medication being given. So if I am dispensing 4-200 mg Actemra, I have to type a response each time, even if the total dosage still adds up to 800 mg. For example, even if the previous dosage was 2- 400 mg Actemra. This process can be streamlined to be more efficient.
- The interface is user friendly and the website is easy to navigate
- I like how there is a quick option to switch between our different clinics on top
Inputting inventory through the use of scanning or by manually typing the serial number comes with occasional glitches where the application needs to be restarted in order for it to work properly

[sensitive content hidden] has been an asset to me teaching me how to get the most out of this inventory system so we can improve productivity with the least amount of product loss all of which increases company revenue. Customer service is excellent!

Great product for use in Dr office
it is a great experience to have been able to bring a new app in to office to track medication and billing
- the function of scanning medication, it makes it easier for employees and pts
- you have to make sure your system is updated for it to work
