Gave Us Functionality Noone Else Good
We used Qoblex for over four years for our e-commerce gift box company. We tried countless other inventory management programs to simultaneously track and sell individual components of our gift boxes, alongside tracking the inventory of the gift boxes themselves. Qoblex was the only place that could do what we were asking. Additionally, their customer service has always been super responsive and quick. In the early years, they even added functionality to meet our needs whenever I ran into roadblocks. [sensitive content hidden] and his team have been an absolute pleasure to work with.
- Ability to sync stock counts live on Shopify as individual components and whole gift boxes
- Essentially, our favorite feature was how"Bundles" works
There were occasional bugs, or times when fulfilled orders did no clear and tied up allocated inventory

Fantastic
So so so many less headaches!
- Stock and Buy sorts out some of the fundamental issues on shopify, namely that inventory management doesn't track cost and the PO module of Shopify is very basic
- It's also the only sensible software for integration with Xero, a major feat considering the other players in the inventory management category
Some minor features are missing but luckily these guys are the most responsive developers out of any app we use

- It is very user friendly and one gets to know the functioning of the platform very quickly
- The service is outstanding and there is always very prompt assistance when you need it
Sometimes there are a few 'glitches' between Shopify and Stock & Buy syncing but this is a rare occurrence and not anything that can't be rectified very speedily

Does exactly what we need it to do, without requiring lots of additional work.

I am only starting my retail business, and trying to keep my overheads at an absolute minimum, so pretty much doing everything myself, sourcing manufacturers, procurement, sales, advertising, web design, etc... Not an easy job. I was initially quite sceptical about this software, thinking that all good things cost lot of money. I was terribly wrong!!! The software is good, but the customer service definitely exceeded all expectations. Every tiniest problem I had was responded to within couple of hours at the most, and system fixes applied where needed in no time. Well done, Stock&Buy!
