If You Are Looking for a Credit Terms Company, Resolve is Your Go To!

Resolve is a great credit terms company. They provide excellent customer support and are always ready to help our Admin team and our customers when needed. The process of integration and approving customers for credit is simple and easy to do. I highly recommend using Resolve!

Great Customer Service

Resolve has been a great addition to our variety of platforms we use. It helped us generate more sales and helped us improve our efficiency in managing our receivables. Their customer support team is amazing. They are very knowledgeable and are quick to respond to requests. The quarterly wrap up meetings they host have a lot of insight and feedback.

There is nothing I don't like in this software; However, I would like to see more reporting options available to the customer

  • The quick cash advances for invoices is very helpful
  • The weekly emails they send to customers make it easy so that you don't have to reach out to customers
  • They respond to messages within the hour and help you with any questions or concerns
  • The flexibility of net 30, 60 and even 90 is great for customers who prefer longer net terms
Room for improvement

The late fees can be annoying to manage for customers if there is an issue with checks getting lost, but the pros outweigh the cons by a lot

Complete Differentiator

We are constantly referring clients to Resolve - that should speak volumes about our feelings towards their company, software and service.

  • This software enables us to provide extended payment terms for professional services (marketing consulting)
  • We are the only company that offers this to our prospective clients and it has resulted in a "win" more often than not
  • It's easy to set up and use and the customer support is fabulous
