Highly Recommend RPower
Overall, this experience was amazing. Justin was incredible with our install and training the employees and myself. He is so patient and knowledgeable. The RPower helpdesk team is also so easy to work with. They answer your call/ email so quickly. I love that I am actually communicating with a real person in real time. Anyone I come in contact with that owns a business, I recommend RPower! I have worked with different POS systems and this one is by far the BEST one out there.

- Our staff handled the transition very well and since we switched to RPower, they've been raving about how great it is and how much they love it
- I am finding it very hard to find a con
- The one thing I requested was the battery life on our handhelds as we were not able to see them

R Power five star company.
I’m in business 44 years had many POS systems. This is far the best five star company that I’ve dealt with. ItsTech Suport is impeccable and knowledgeable taking care of all of our needs 24/. [sensitive content hidden] and [sensitive content hidden] is the best, always there for us .

- we can tell customer service is her top priority
- There are no cons, with this Rpower’s team
- The only thing I can say is equipment and software can be very pricey

In depth to an extreme.
For our needs, RPower is great and I can't wait until I speak it's language a little more fluently.
- RPower is easily the most in depth POS System I have ever used
- It's range of features and customization are something to behold
- I have yet to come across something that cannot be done with this software, and highly recommend it for complex or large menus and other sales fronts
- It's level of ability is often confusing and a little overwhelming
- It's taken me 4 months to figure out the basics, with help from POS Nation's excellent customer service
- If your needs are on the simpler side, RPower might be a little much to take on

The only system you will need
Rpower has been easy to use, great service, and no issues. It just works well. Customer since late 90's

I think it all has to do with customer service and response time in a busy restaurant there is no time for down time or issues . GCS is the best in this industry!!!

Excellent system
Overall expressive was exceptional. A well-designed, straightforward dashboard with a clear and thorough explanation by [sensitive content hidden]. She delivered an excellent presentation for us at the restaurant.

- Don’t need to always depend on logging into back office

RPower POS
Great experience with our rep, Jim. He was easily available. The cost was also low and no monthly fees. As we grew, we switched to Toast, which offered many more features at a higher cost.

- Little connectivity for multiple locations

RPower: software for everyone!
For me I am able to find out daily sales, day so far, payroll is a BREEZE!
- I have used RPower for several years and not only is this software easy to use but when I do have a problem it gets fixed then not an hour or two later like other companies I have dealt with
- I recommend RPower for ease of use for the staff
- The only negative is I cannot print from the register my royalty report
- Otherwise it really is easy to find whatever information I as the owner would like to find
Switched From
It was RPower or Lionwise and I had Lionwise in my other store and was not pleased with their customer service or lack thereof!
