Excellent Tool for Revenue Management

- The team and product have helped our property put together an extremely successful dynamic pricing program that really boosted our revenue yield during our busy times
- They also have great tools for slow times as well
- The Group Quote program allows our sales team to quickly and efficiently create proper pricing for group outings
- Their dashboard software is easy to use and allows us the flexibility to make changes when needed by monitoring our booking efforts to prior year results
- Lastly the Benchmark Report helps our competitive set learn from one another to develop appropriate pricing in our market without too much guesswork
- I should also mention the support team has been fantastic
- They are extremely knowledgeable of our industry and are always willing to brainstorm new ideas with us in addition to fixing any problems we may encounter

- I would love to see weather integrated into the pricing algorithms in the future
- Not extremely important in our market but would be in markets with volatile weather

Easy To Use
Overall we are happy with Sagacity. We just wish it was integrated with our POS. Customer support has been incredible working with [SENSITIVE CONTENT]on a regular basis and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] to customize our online booking interface.
- The tee sheet is easy to navigate and set up
- Booking tee times is a breeze
- We have seen our online bookings explode and love the customized booking engine that our customers see
- We really like using the dynamic pricing function and have seen increased revenue from it
It does not currently integrate with our point-of-sale software ForeUP, so we don't have an easy way to charge tee times on the day of play

A Sagacious Decision
Where has Sagacity been all my life? I have yet to find a down side to Sagacity. In the busiest year by volume of golf play in fifteen years they have increased my profitability by margins that have found my jaw on the floor.
- The implementation team made it very easy to hit the ground running
- The system is complicated and a bit daunting at first, but that did not keep it from being profitable, productive, and all around an awesome slam dunk of a decision
- [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was very supportive and informative
- She helped make the whole process streamlind and very effective from day 1
- Wrapping you head around the algorithms and their implementation required a paradigm shift in how I viewed and treated my product
- And therefore how I soldpackaged this product (golf tee times) to my consumers
- That was not necessarily a easy thing to do
- But after doing so the gains far outweighed that difficulty

Simplicity and sifting through the haystack
The team we work with in our market cares and their actions support this. I have full confidence the product will continue to grow in its usefulness. If our market decision makers can remain humble and teachable Sagacity staff can help change historical revenue views on our market.

- They have done a great job launching a universal program in our market that is challenging in itself
- The potential is exciting and current features are far more useful than software used for prior 20yrs
- Cruise Control and database management are the most exciting features
- Not easy to answer because Sagacity is trying to please and adapt to too many chiefs and subjective opinions
- Reporting needs to be massaged and some minor user functions for front end staffing
- Nuts and Bolts are secure

It has increased revenue through demand pricing no doubt. The auto increase on price based on current and historical activity on our tee sheet has pushed golfers to join our club.
- The best part about it is the self functioning demand pricing tool that weights both current demand and historical
- I also appreciate Sue and her willingness to help train on the software
- If you play in the software on a daily basis, it is easy to use
- I use it currently on a weekly basis and there are still some parts that are challenging to understand without really focusing on what you're looking at
- For instance, the power hours can be difficult to comprehend and then know what adjustments to make to create more

- Improving Golf Cash, more seamless with POS would have been better
- Without the great service we might be in trouble because we use so much of the functionality and it is complex to set up and manage

Great customer service and like the williness to discuss making changes that will make the product better for us and others.
- The cruise control is the best pricing program on the market today
- It makes it easy to set it and forget it and provides amazing results
- We can't see multiple course tee sheets and don't have the abilitiy to create mult-round intineraries at this time
- Makes it difficult when taking phone calls from customers booking 3-4 rounds and the need to create 3-4 seperate reservations
