My overall experience is great, very easy to use for for Culver's marketing. All the templates are there and I can send a eclub message to 10k people in the matter of minutes.
- I like how it is easy to use for culvers and our marketing is great results with it
- It has great customer support
Not much I dislike about it, it is a great software and is great for email management and email automation

I wish the calendar view was slightly clearer so that I would understand which informational blasts were coming from which sources, and to which audience they would go

Easy to use with many convenient features.
Overall, Sageflo Radiate has been an excellent addition to our email marketing campaign. We have had no issues with performance, it is easy to use, and it has many convenience features. Highly recommend.
- Sageflo Radiate makes it easy to manage all of our eclub promotions and messaging
- Being able to see all of our previously launched campaigns and to copy and edit the ones we use the most is very convenient and saves a lot of time
- Creating new campaigns is also a breeze because we are able to generate templates
I haven't found anything that I don't like about Sageflo, and I have been using it for the past 2 years

Culver's of West St. George
I have only recently started using this app. However, we have already noticed some traction coming from it. Seems like Sageflo is growing our sales and its easy to use.
- I love how streamlined it easy
- Very easy to maneuver around the website
- I also feel like they are always updating their features
- I have noticed that when campaigns are sent out, my staff is unaware that there are promotions or coupons on the app for that day
- I wish there was a way that when an eclub message gets sent out, it also notifies staff

sageflo for the win
I've had only positive experiences with it so far. Not sure if there is a spell check feature, but that would be helpful!
- I love the ease of use for sending out quick marketing campaigns locally for our brand
- It really makes it easy for me to ,market upcoming promotions
- It is loaded by our administrators so i've only found upsides to using this software

Easy to Use
Overall Radiate has been great. Easy to use and delete parts we dont need in newsletter. Love using the product

- Email management is imported in from our systems, so very easy
- Features are all there for us
- Seems to work well
- I don't have any issues with it
- Sometimes pictures turn around when importing them in, but its easy to fix

USER FRIENDLY AND GREAT LOOKING
I am extremely satisfied with Radiate, all of me members rave on how great our content looks and I am very happy with the ease of use.
- The fact that it is so easy to use
- Adding prompts and images is so straight forward
- I am not tech savy yet can make amazing newsletters at will
There is not much I would improve except for maybe an option to add more content but I am not sure if that is our brand that makes our templets that limits that

Great Newslestters!
I use Radiate with my Orangetheory Fitness account to send our monthly newsletters to my members about upcoming events for the month.
- The way I can customize everything to how I want
- There is a bunch of different text boxes, images, fonts, and all kinds of options to personalize
- The amount of options can be overwhelming, but thats a good thing
- It can feel like a lot of different things to pick from
