  • Based on the Enterprise Service Model provided by ServiceNow, the HR Service Management application focus on the main activities and task of the HR Service providers, giving the employees the oportunity to request thier typical need through a self service portal
  • The application covers many of the process completed by the HR Departments, with his out of the box functionalities and is really easy to complete the Implementation process previos to the Go live

  • As part of the ServiceNow Instances, the organization can integrate in a single system of records many differents process, oriented to a variety of need On the ITSM model

It helps to track the process of the tickets. But, the auto responses can be a lot for one tickets.

Streamlined hiring and termination process

We set up an email from service now to a group when an employee was terminated. Team used the termination email to release the outgoing user's salesforce license.
