  • Multistore management is very easy and flexible
  • So if you have more than one store, you can easily adjust and track your operations from anywhere

  • If your internet connection drops, there should be minor interruptions on transactions
  • But offline mode handles most of operation when you're offline
  • When you go online the transactions stored on your device syncronize to the cloud

  • It is possible for employees to adapt to the program with 1-2 hours of training
  • Having a structure that can run on all operating systems such as Android, IOS and Windows provides flexibility
  • Since it is cloud-based, you can remotely monitor your restaurant's data in real time
  • With the help of the Simpra QR Menu, it is easy to present detailed information such as Calories, Allergen information and preparation time of the product in the menu to customers in different languages
  • In addition,Simpra also has a reservation program that works integrated with the Simpra POS, allows reservations from Instagram and Google, and can also receive prepayment for reservations
  • Offering the ease of end-to-end management of Sales, Payment, Stock, Cost, Reservation and even accounting operations differentiates the solution from others

it was a perfect experience, from the moment that I start using this software instinctively

Operational excellence, and ease of use

What they liked
  • normally epos and other hospitality products has boring User interfaces and which comes a neccesary training to use but this app will start a new era it feels like using instagram or facebook
  • you feel like an experienced user of POS right after you start
  • check splitting, seperate paying options, lots of issues that industry users are suffering looks like solved in this app

nothing much there are some little issues which are not really big deal and I believe that all will be fixed in the near future
