Impressive reports and advanced automation
Overall site 24x7 is good in all aspects, it provides many features in the monitoring services and multiple monitoring services like hybrid cloud, network monitoring, website monitoring, multiple accounts, license allocating, schedule maintainence, notifications and many advanced features but need to work on cloud spend and license allocation.
In site 24x7 i like the scheduled reports, custom metrics and notifications, plugins, automation and multiple account in 1 single dashboard and all services in single dashboard multiple services like cloud, website and hybrid monitoring, easy configuration and implementation and many more features
in site 24x7 least like part is managing licensing and there are also hidden feartures also in cloudspend need more granular breakdown of spend resources for cost optimization, little confusing in billing part and host monitor and their generated report is very complex
Why they chose it
"we first tried the open-source product as it was free and we can modify on our requirement but we didn't found it much useful so we choose site 24x7 because this product fulfill all the needs like reports, custom notification, hybrid monitoring and doesn't required agent installation for basic monitoring which other product doesnt fullfill as it is not a best practices of security."

Very happy it manager!
Great, sales team aren't pushy and are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Have been there when we needed them but also left us alone when we asked to "play with the system"
- Easy to set up and create dashboards
- The process of adding monitoring to not only hardware (servers etc) but also our Azure Subscriptions was easy and quick with the walkthroughs being well documented and very easy to follow
Limited vendor support for firewall (Cisco/Meraki) would be nice to see Fortinet and other vendors, other than that very happy with the product so far

overall my experience with site 24*7 has been positive .Its a powerful monitoring tool for all your infrastructure under one roof.Except initial configuration & documentation overall it's good
- site 24*7 has been excellent tool for monitoring all your infrastructure across your all environment
- I really like the centralized dashboard where i can see everything from all cloud resources , on-premises firewall like PaloAlto,Fortigate,F5 Load Balancer
Basically one area that can improved is initial configuration experience since its new tool so the documentation sometimes lacks clarity for specific use case

I purchased site 24x7 based off of cost compared to other solutions. Over time though I have really enjoyed new updates, and just how easy it is overall to use and manage
- Very easy to use interface, super easy to manage agents
- Also love the reporting for websites, and Servers
Upkeep on on prem pollers sometimes causes issues, and requires reinstalling the poller

Overall, my experience has been great if not excellent. Their suite of applications provide a “one stop shop” for almost all IT related support software. The ease of implementation coupled with the extensive capabilities of the product greatly outperform competitors and the best part, it’s priced just right.

Evaluation of 24/7
It has been pretty positive so far and the support has been good, I think that it is certainly worth trying
- Very easy to use and integration into Azure was seamless
- The monitoring of our websites has been spot on when detecting issues
Not always as straight forward to get to the monitor you want but its still early days learning the systems
