Highly recommended!
I must say that in terms of customer support, the SKU IQ team over exceed all expectations. Any time you need support, they answer emails instantly or call you back to assist you.
- SKU IQ allows us to connect and sync the inventory between our POS system with our ecommerce platform
- Going further, SKU IQ can create products across both systems, so we can save time and focus on managing the product information in one system
There is a limitation on the number of products that can be pushed simultaneously from the POS system to the ecommerce platform, so this means that we will need to manually push a maximum of 50 products each time

Do Not Use skuiq
Horrible. We lost significant business because the program didn’t work as advertised.
- It’s quicker than doing some things manually
- That’s it
- It’s insanely expensive and not tailored to individual businesses
- It doesn’t work at times and there is 0 customer support even though the website explicitly states dedicated phone support

Happy with SKUiq
My overall experience with SKU IQ has been positive. The product functions exactly as described and delivers consistent performance for my business needs.
I liked how SKU IQ effectively syncs orders and manages inventory quantities seamlessly, saving me time and effort
I found it frustrating that SKU IQ only allows single selection for removing items, as it would be more efficient to enable bulk multiple selection for this task

Great. We connected it and now have a better understanding of the processes we need to change and the inventory we need to update in-store and online.
- Keeps our WooCommerce - Clover POS up to date so we can control inventory
- Before we had discrepancies and now we have minimized this for the retail level
- Nothing yet we have not explored everything
- We need to check all features including sale through rate and product sale through rates as well to better under stand our immediate trends

Yes! To SKU IQ
Sku IQ is an easy program to use- it just takes a few minutes to get familiar with it. It's easy to navigate.
- I really appreciated talking on zoom with a very knowledgeable person
- She answered all our questions and the one she wasn't sure about-she followed up by contacting her support team and hit back to me the same day
- The only complaint I have is that it took 2 days to get a zoom call meeting- but compared to other companies these days, at least we got a one on one meeting
- Also I wish that when you enter a new product (after a bulk push) , it's automatically pushed onto the POS
