About Skyvia

Skyvia is a cloud-based data integration, backup and management platform for businesses of all sizes. Key features include direct data integration between apps, scheduling settings for backup automation, a wizard to simplify local database connections, and more. Skyvia’s integration tool allows users to perform data import, export, replication and synchronization. Predefined mapping templates help with automated data mapping between different cloud sources. The data backup feature enables firms to secure data in an Azure GRS storage, run automatic backup operations and track changes between data sets. The online query tool provides solutions to manage and visualize data through insights and reports. Connect allows the creation of web API endpoints (OData and SQL) for databases and cloud applications without coding, which can be used to further integrate data via the OData protocol or to link to data analysis or reporting tools. Reliable and easy to use backup tool

Very happy with both the tool and the support available, it's made our backups and restores easy and automated

What they liked
  • We use Skyvia as a backup for our Hubspot CRM in Australia
  • We've been using it for over a year and the integration with Hubspot was easy, it is set up automatically to run each week and I could configure it to delete the oldest version so that it never fails due to running out of space
  • On the rare occasion that I've needed to contact support with a question they've been really helpful
Room for improvement

I initially found the navigation a little tricky for certain actions, however, improvements have been made over the last year

Skyvia is the easiest ELT ETL tool to use

We've been using Skyvia since 2022 and have experienced only one brief downtime, which lasted less than an hour. The technical team responded immediately, kept us informed, and quickly resolved the issue. Skyvia offers excellent service and reliability. Their representatives, Darina and Dmitry, are a pleasure to work with—very responsive by email and easy to schedule for longer calls.

What they liked
  • We chose Skyvia over five similar services during a one-month evaluation in 2022
  • Its ease of use, wide range of data connectors, and flexible subscription options make data integration stress-free
  • Most of the process is no-code, but Skyvia also supports more complex integrations through its SQL setup
  • Data transfer speeds are excellent, and we can monitor progress in real time
Room for improvement
  • The only improvement we'd like to see is adding their notification system to each connector
  • They currently offer helpful notifications to prevent exceeding subscription limits, but when issues occur, we usually notice them first at the connector level rather than the subscription level

Do not purchase Skyvia - I have spent a paid month in just setting up my first connector

We have data distributed across different data sources. We wanted to specifically integrate data from Zoho into a data lake.

Great low code tool for integrating HubSpot and NetSuite

Highly recommend because of ease of set up and quick time to launch for their integration tools. The free trial allowed us to test the set up ahead of time

Reliable Integration Tool with Outstanding Support

Overall, our experience has been very positive. Skyvia makes it easy to manage complex integrations, and their support team is one of the best I’ve worked with. They’ve been responsive and flexible, especially during critical moments. It’s a solid platform for data integration and automation.

Skyvia Backup review after almost 5 years of usage

We needed a reliable service that we could use to backup up our extensive HubSpot data "offsite". Skyvia checked off all the right boxes. They were dependable, easy to manage and had various options that was suited to what we were looking for. Setting up our backups were painless, and I was pleased to see that they had various other options that we could utilize if we needed to expand to other services down the road. Moreover, I must also commend their Support Services. They were quick to respond and did not hesitate to customize a solution for me when the need arose. After having used Skyvia for almost 5 years now, I can safely say that we would not go with anyone else. They are worth our peace of mind, knowing that our data is being backed up.

Skyvia for the win

Overall experience has been very positive. When it comes to data integration the combination of ease of use, versatility and price can't be beat. To give an idea, in about 2 hours of learning about Skyvia for the first time i was able put together a proof of concept solution to see if Skyvia would work for our needs and all that on their free tier.

  • It would also be nice to have basic connectors for social platforms like X and Facebook social performance

The best data integration tool

Very satisfied with overall experience. Good product, good user manuals / instructions and very efficient customer support.
