Super helpful support team ever
Overall we have a nice impression and are satisfied with the cost and what we get from it. Less time is spent for routine tasks, small time for learning how it works, any question is answered quick and very clear by the support
Soax makes it really easier for non developers and provides extra support which is super helpful🙏 Narrow geo targeting helped to scrape accurate needed data for our market research
The dashboard could have been more detailed, however as I know several developments are coming 🙏

Overall experience is highly positive, the service really helped a lot in achieving our mission-critical goals.
- Broad coverage of different geos Speed and reliability
Not that fast in some exotic regions like Somalia, Cote D'Ivoire, and others similar, though there is some bandwidth

- Any issues are resolved quickly and without unnecessary questions
- Personally, I have not yet seen any malfunctions
- Some may have doubts because of the price, but I will tell you that this is a case where price equals quality

Great service from a super helpful support team
Soax is super helpful when it comes to starting working with proxies. They have fast proxies and are a very welcoming support team - there will surely be someone to guide you through the whole setup process! Thank you!
- The service is excellent and easy to use
- Still, it's important to note that the customer support team is simply exceptional - our dedicated account manager and the whole team are fantastic at solving issues and were there for me every step of the way
I experienced some minor reporting issues, which are a bit annoying; however, the support team mentioned they were being resolved soon
