Build carefully with SparkTg
Started with exciting problem solving and got more or less what we needed but eventually post agreement signing things were very slow and couple of days response in from business SPOC. Then multiple changes in pricing and agreed offering ruined the experience.

Value for money calling solution.
Our company has recently started using SparkTG and the experience has been good. The adoption took some time but the SparkTG team ensured that we don't face any major issues with product. I had some integration related requirements with our CRM and ticketing tool, which was feasible.

- But the user interface can be a bit better
- Also the integration options with other tools are available, but seems to be limited for the time being
