A CRM that just works
I'm glad I can come in every day to use a product that just works! With other providers it had always been "just deal with the issues". With splynx it turned into, "We understand you have a problem, it will take some time, but how can we fix it for you". They continue to work with their customer to make their product better and take the feedback from them to continually grow their platform. Every single function works as expected and they will lead you along the way to make sure IF you have any problems they get resolved right then and there. They are truly a breath of fresh air and the only regret we have is not switching sooner!

- - Small, minor issues or bugs but most everything functions as it should

The program would go down almost on the daily rendering our business useless. I understand nothing is going to have 100% uptime but 15 times in one month is unacceptable. Also, the price point for what we were getting made no sense. They're adding a whole bunch of useless bells and whistles instead of fixing the glaring problems.

it is a very good system for internet service providers to manage clients
- the system is good for managing clients , creation of accounts for clients, ticketing
- also integrated with invoicing software
- the front end design is not very friendly

Best Support any ISP could ask for
Was the best decision i ever did years ago was to migrate all our services into one product and Splynx was able to deliver that where other software vendors could not.
