Reliable and easy SQL backup tool with excellent support
Very simple to set up and use, but still offers flexible scheduling for full and differential backups. Cloud and network storage options work smoothly. Their support team is outstanding — fast and clear answers.
- Quick to install and very easy to configure, even for non-experts
- Once set up, the scheduled backups run smoothly without errors, and the cloud/network storage integration works flawlessly
- I especially appreciate how reliable the restore process is — it gave me full confidence when I had to recover my database after a VPS crash
- Some advanced options (like scheduling verify separately) could be easier to set up directly in the GUI
- At the moment, it sometimes requires workarounds or scripting, which is not a big problem but adds a bit of complexity for users who prefer a purely graphical approach

Belt n braces - transfer somewhere other than where your normal backups go.
Used it for many years, will continue to use it as belt n braces to transfer my SQL files into OneDrive away from the server and other backup storage.
- Easy to use, saves a bit of space, connects to OneDrive and sends notifications
Very little to dislike about the product, maybe if anything it struggles with really large backups
