Great Multi Channel Management Tool
They've been great to work with. Support is fast and responsive.
- Flexibility, extensibility, and the data model are what I like most
- It's very easy to add new channels both out of the box and custom channels
- Integration with other systems is a strength
Would like to see tighter integration with Inventory Management tools like Skubana, Skuvault, Dear, etc

Overall, StoreAutomator has a clean interface compared to our previous use of ChannelAdvisor. Every field and module is easy to maintain, as well as channel management which is separated into their own channel IDs. StoreAutomator provides comprehensive reporting and analytics tools that offer valuable insights into your business performance as well. The only con that can be said about StoreAutomator, is that you must choose formula written rules for your channel such as Amazon or use a repricing tool that fluctuates between competive pricing instead of using pricing between the formuals

Our Experiences with SA
Overall, we are quite satisfied. All of our issues have been handled fast, with knowledge and very professionally. It does require daily maintenance but it is a time saver in the end.
- Creating listings has been extremely easy, especially where there is just a few changes between listings
- We use the clone function quite often
- The support team has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable
- We submit questions to them on quite a regular basis and they always seem to have the right answer and fix
- It has also enabled us to save money by allowing us to control and carry less inventory
- There should be a outlined onboarding sheet provided at the beginning of the onboarding process
- I believe that the mapping process and categorizing of items has been the most confusing for us to learn
- This was our first time using a product like this
- Maybe simplifying your library for the mapping process and categorizing of items would make it easier for us
- There also seems to be a time delay for quantities updating across the channels
- This has been a problem that we have seen on multiple times when we are at 1 or 2 units left for specific SKU's

The most unrated eCommerece Multichannel software - Best value for the money!
Best choice we ever made in our 12 years of eCommerce business.There is nothing they cannot do - all of my requests for custom features were fulfilled in a manner of days (!)
- Great company and great people :)Feels like a real family\partner company - their system is very impressive with all sorts of useful and practical functionalities

- Their support teams will always be available for you - no matter what it is and what is your concern

- UI needs a little makeover and more up-to-date/modern look

Channeladvisor has the best functionality and there is no doubt about it... BUT:1. They are VERY VERY Expansive and they charge additional commission for your sales.2. The real reason why we left them is that when it comes to thier contracts with you, it doesn't matter how long you were thier customer (6 years!), they just don't care, you pay eveything until the end of the contract EVEN when they don't deliver your service! There is no partnership with them - you feel like you another tiny small business that they don't care about anymore... our account manager was....mmm.. no helping much at all.3. Their support is super slow - it used to be very quick (12-24 hours to respond) and now it takes days.

One of the best Multi-channel Platforms
Starting from onboarding to our current daily task, it has been and continues to be a strong tool in our business model. The delivery speed and organization of data is beyond the industry standards. Activating and deploying marketplaces are very simple to achieve. Custom channel overrides are handle very well and allow us to adjust data accordingly from one marketplace to the next. This all comes at a reasonable price!
- The user interface is very friendly and quick to load
- SA has many features you don't find in other software
- It also offers a huge list of built-in marketplace integrations ready to connect
- The support staff is extremely knowledgeable and quickly respond to tickets 24hrs a day
- In the past 2+ years we've been using the platform there has been no outages whatsoever
- 100% uptime
- As in any software there are a few features tailored to our needs that could be implemented
- Data filters, stronger reports

Amazing Software to Replace Channeladvisor, Highly Recommended.
Overall Extremely Satisfied, 10/10. Unlike the larger companies that treat small to mid size businesses like they're one in a million, Storeautomator has actually worked alongside us and seem very invested in our success and growth ( despite no revenue sharing pricing model!). Anytime we needed a custom integration, custom feature, or API connection, they provided very reasonable estimates to make sure we are happy, long term customers.
- The platform is very use to use, customizable, and simply gets the job done for a fraction of the price compared to Zentail and Channeladvisor
- More than the software, what I loved about StoreAutomator is the level of customer service and tech support
- [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], and the entire team were very accessible via phone and email, and helped us seamlessly migrate from Channeladvisor to StoreAutomator
- We can easily upload listings to a lot of marketplaces, including Ebay, Walmart, Amazon, Shopify, and now even Etsy
I would say the user interface could use a little upgrading, but its definitely not a deal breaker and honestly if that's whats saving us money then we can manage

Easy to use, fast and great support.
From the demo to signing on, to integration and launch we had a great experience. Each team handled the steps with great competence. They even copied our data from our old provider when we needed them to.
- The integration was simple and quick
- The system is full of features you need without overcomplicating it's use
- We integrated in two weeks and switched from our previous provider
- The cost savings were significant and we have a better solution
- Not much not to like
- It does what we need effectively at a great price and is very easy to use

Cost & service. The cost was a significant factor, but more importantly the lack of support. We would open cases and wait days for a response. Today most cases are replied to within an hour, and solved within a few. We've had to open very few cases for some outlier cases.

Much Better than the Brand Name house. MUCH better.
This has been superb. We came from the other I-should-not-bad-mouth, much larger, publicly traded competitor. They basically abandoned us and even said to me, in writing, 'last time we work on this issue'. Not these guys. They not only help resolve ramp up issue but I can hear them thinking about how they can solve my problem across the interface globally. It has been a pleasure and I would recommend everyone include these guys on their short list to review.

- If I do find something (that frequently has been more personalized than global anyway) they think about a solution and put it into place
- Once a week on-boarding call with email access in between
- Most importantly the product gets the job done
- I am confident the hand-holding can stop soon and we will be on our way
- GUI take a little getting used to
- I have a sense everything is there (or that they will put it there if not) but I'm not an IT or even graphics guy
- I do think repetition will better familiarize me with the layout
- And I don't know how they could jam this many features into an interface and not make it confusing at start up

Well, lets see. Maybe it was the other large publicly traded company saying 'this is the last time we will work on this (particular) issue'. Or maybe their giving us misinformation numerous times that required a total redo on our part. Perhaps it was 14 months of work and we still were not ready for prime time. For what it is worth many of their tech support people cared and tried to work through things but their internal policy prevented them from 'fixing' anything. At worst I got cryptic examples telling me to do this or do that. At best I resolved many issues after hours more involvement. And their account execs? The original salesperson said she would be there for us during the experience: once problems started to materialize I got a not from the new exec that she is removing the old one from cc's. And two weeks before I even knew I had a new one and the introduction email that said I am here for you a week later I got an email saying she was taking vacation and will be out for a week. There's a month I'll never see again. I have several emails in fact from people saying they are there for us. Until they aren't. 'nough said here?

Powerful
Great, its the powerful software we needed
- The power of this software is amazing
- It can take your most creative ideas and make it a possibility
- The lack of being able to change the SKU after the product is created
- Also, being able to remove a SKU or add an SKU to kits/bundles, is the number one complaint as sometimes we improve a kit, but have to be very careful deleting old products

Cant think of any cons If it would have native connestion to Sears, Rakuten and Newegg that would help us, but they already included newegg as native connection in less than few months, so we are happy
