- The POS software has rich features that allow our buyers to have a deeper understanding of items moving through the stores and the customers that purchase them
- I have found the support team from StoreLIVE
- to be very responsive and thorough
- Overall this has solved our inventory and POS requirements
- I would recommend this software to any retail company that wants to remain agile and offer excellent value to their teams and customers
None that stand out aside from software version updates could include a clearer change log

Customization. Prompt. Knowledgeable. Secure. Expensive
StoreLive! is the only POS software that Brecknock Orchard ever used, so we do not have any other experience to compare it to.

- They customized the background color, scale format, added larger customer-facing displays, and did extra to work with our credit card processor

- However, two of them are obviously more knowlegdable with the StoreLive
- software and technology in general

- Secure The system is very secure and never sees the credit card information
- When handling sensitive information, security is critical

- Expensive The upfront cost is high, however, the system is designed to last for years
- Therefore making the system less expensive than other options in the long run
- I put it as a con because it could be a drawback for some

Used daily for more than 2 years
- The point of sale part of the software is very stable
- We have had very few issues with it
- Also the guys in the office are very good to work with
- They will do their best to resolve any issues, although some are much more knowledgeable than others
- The back end management part of Store Live is difficult to learn and is not intuitive at all
- Design could be improved to make it more user friendly

Solid POS System with Exceptional Support
We utilize StoreLive in an independent small market and deli setting. We also have a bulk food department and depend heavily on StoreLive's PLUM integration to synchronize our deli, produce, and bulk food scales. Check-out procedures are modern and efficient and cashier training is straightforward. Menus at the register are easily customizable. User interfaces are user-friendly. Scheduling of promotions is easy and a large variety of promotion types is available. We utilize the QuickBooks integration which is quite useful for accounting.
- The most exceptional aspect of StoreLive is the excellent support from a competent and courteous team of developers and technicians
- Issues are resolved quickly and custom reports and features are developed to our needs at a reasonable cost
- Support contracts are a great value

We utilize the StoreLIVE POS in multiple locations. We have the software located on the cloud on a virtual server and we are very pleased with the speed and performance. We are able to track inventory real time as well as identify items getting ready to expire that need to be put on sale to move. This solution has provided us to work remotely no matter where we are. I actually utilized while out at sea traveling to multiple countries and it was as if I was still in my office. Great product!

StoreLIve is a software that is considered to have a managerial capabilities beyond inventory management, live store sales view and compariso to the sale of previous marks, rapid and efficient check-out, NCR scale and non-scale integration, offline mode with POS reporting which detects previous sales of all such transactions.
There are countless features of this POS software and hardware software, with pricing quotes available on the site to make it transparent and lucid policy
Costly for a need-based store and it provides less remote support when it comes to their annual contracts in bronze support

Perfect POS for small- to medium-sized retailer
StoreLive! It is an all around user-friendly system that is adaptable and scalable and has all the features and tools we were looking for as a new business that will grow with our business. We were able to get up and running with plenty of training in a very short time.
- Customer service is critical for us, and they are there when we need them
- For us to train new cashiers on the POS system is fairly short and simple; maybe 30-45 minutes at the most
- Huge advantage for those tied to Dutch Valley as a supplier
