Swift: One of a Kind Intelligent Booking
Swift is great because of their team. They communicate well and care about your feedback as a customer.
- Swift is great from an ops standpoint: scheduling, managing coach schedules, customer management
- Their speed in listening to their customers and delivering new, critical features is also unmatched
- As with any software change, it can be challenging to transition a customer base to a new app and get them to fully utilize everything that Swift has to offer from a customer standpoint
- Once they are educated, the process is great

Easy-to-Use Platform Backed by Exceptional Service
Customer service goes a long way, and Swift’s support team has always been professional and tremendously helpful over the years. The system itself is easy to use, and the customer interface functions seamlessly, making management simple and efficient
- Swift has made our customer interface much more user-friendly, making the scheduling process simple and efficient
- With fewer scheduling issues, we’ve been able to free up valuable time to focus on the things that matter most
- Overall, there’s very little to dislike about Swift
- The only challenge we’ve encountered is inputting mass schedules, but even in that area Swift has stepped in to help by entering our schedules for us—saving us hours of time and eliminating a frustrating process

Definitely Recommend!
Again, wonderful customer service which is what keeps us here #1.
- It is very easy to use, which makes it a win however, the customer service is what stands out the most
- We never feel stranded or unheard with things we may need
- While there are areas for things to continue forward
- I do like Swift does work on suggestions
- Perhaps a customer platform where we can put our suggestions and “vote” on them to show level of need could be great
- As discussed, possibility of lower cc fees as well

From start until today, it’s been great. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been very kind and helpful. Customer service is responsive, and the user experience has been smooth.

- The monthly updates with additional or improved functionality is also a game changer
- There isn’t anything that I dislike about using Swift, but there are some wishes that I do have for the future
- Adding additional scheduling or league management, along with tags to showcase what sport the class or camp is for

If you’re not SWIFT! You’re missing out!
The overall experience has been superb and has exceeded my expectations. Swift has allowed me to grow try hobby into a full fledged business with employees ! I would highly recommend Swift for ANY service type business!
- Swift allows me to focus on what my company does, instead of taking time to schedule clients, it allows me to show up and give my clients what they are paying for
- Their customer service is outstanding
- When I call, they take my call immediately or very soon after and walk me thru the necessary steps to eliminate my concerns
- Cost is reasonable for the service they provide
- My customer feedback is positive
- The ease of operation for the customer is paramount in my line of work
An app would be helpful for customers, so they may make it easier to schedule time and services they require

Swift-astic!
From the initial sales and evaluation calls, to implementation and rollout phases, I would rate Swift a solid 9 out of 10. Every phase was smooth and painless. Support is next level, and in one specific situation I was helped after hours!
- Ease of use of the platform, both from the backend admin side to the front end user experience
- I have heard from many of our customers that booking was very easy
- There is very little we don’t like about Swift, but the one area would be the “staff” limit of 5 on the started plan
- But I heard it may be addressed soon

Swift has been nothing but transparent and easy to work with. From our launch to the ongoing support, they help make our facility operations so much better!
- Extremely user friendly and easy to learn
- Clean customer facing platform with exceptional support
- I’d like to be able to “add on” items to a booking
- For instance they booked a cage but then want to pay for a Rapsodo profile and a Gatorade - being able to do that all at once

Swift continues exceeds expectations
My experience has been great. The swift team continues to grow and support, not only myself, but others around the country who have indoor facilities and need ease of scheduling. As a person who has been in the baseball industry for over 20 years, I find their services very useful.
- I think that swift has made a name for themselves and their ability to relate to indoor facilities
- They continue to make adaptations for businesses and users in order to make indoor baseball scheduling, experience, and fulfillment a one stop shop
- What I like, most about swift is the branded app for 513 Baseball
- That has allowed my users to be able to easily schedule personal baseball instruction and see updates for my business
- As of right now, there’s not much that I can say that I don’t like about swift, other than the fact that they are farther away from my home than I would like
- They do a great job with customer service and I couldn’t ask for a better partner as I start and grow my business

Swift for the win!
10 out of 10! We have only been Swift for a couple of months now as we are a brand new facility in Guelph, Ontario but so far they have knocked it out of the park. Value, Customer Support, Ease of Use - it's all second to none.
- Swift has thought of everything and so much more that a baseball facility like ours would need
- We couldn't be happier with Swift and especially love the mobile user interface
- The number of Rentals that we need to create to cover everything that we have to offer
- Would love to see a way to reduce this for the user experience
