SYNERGY by Imex Systems Inc is an on-premise auto repair solution to manage the daily operations of mechanical and collision repair facilities. SYNERGY’s Shop Management System lets users estimate conversions, schedule tasks, automate parts ordering, schedule productions and reconcile accounts. The solution also offers Wireless Imaging module’s native mobile applications for Android and iOS devices. The wireless imaging module lets users upload pictures on mobile devices and attach them to work orders. The solution allows users to schedule and manage the tasks on basis of availability of parts. The daily scheduling also lets users track the delivery of cars and prioritize the job on this basis. SYNERGY allows technicians to track their hours, view part statuses, and review repair documentation. Additionally, the solution offers integration with estimating solutions such as Audatex, Mitchell and Ultramate. Services are available by paying an initial license fee and then through an ongoing monthly subscription model. Customer support is offered via phone.

Best decision I could have made

Love the custom features. We save many trees by going paperless The wireless imaging priceless! Not a cheap system but it only took 9 months to recover the investment. It is good.

  • Having a responsive, intuitive shop system is a must have for us
  • As one day of production means that tens of thousands of dollars are at stake, we simply cannot accept anything else
  • My estimators love the data transfer, it is fast and accurate
  • The parts ordering module saves us hours of time a day
  • The ImEX technical support people have always been very responsive, they also supply and service all of our computers and network equipment
  • The convenience of having one company looking after all our needs just cant be beaten
