Amazing! Helps me promote growth within my business!
Customer service has always been sapaticular. Ive been really happy with the tech help.
- The new development Tapmango has implemented over the last 6-8 months has been amazing
- I'm super happy with all the features like review boost and ordering via app
- I signed up with Tapmango being told they were working on integration with Lightspeed Ecom
- I'm pretty bummed and disappointed that they have decided 2 years later not to do so after ive already worked so hard building out my loyalty program

Happy Happy Customers!
It has been great, the customer service and technical support has been fantastic. It has not only added value to my company, but it truly works! We see a ton of people coming back from getting our automated text for birthdays, "miss You" texts ect. These were all things Tap Mango had suggested upon our initial integration and it really does bring people back in!
- I love that I can continue to get Technical support when I want to add or make any changes to our loyalty program
- They are always quick to help
I wish it could have a little better integration with our POS system in the sense that we can have discounts on specific items ect

Squares loyalty program had no customization what so ever. It allowed points to be earned, but that was basically it. I needed something that I could customize to everything I was needing.

Punch cards have better ROI and engagement in small businesses
It was a great sales experience. Sales team know their app up and down. Great customer service at the first phases. Then I was pretty much left on my own. Everytime I reached out for help on getting campaigns, the ball was put in my court. I know Fivestars reps help with campaigns. I wished I had gone with them.

- Customer facing tablet is not intuitive to customers
- I reached out to complain to support and the response was blaming my customers
- (101 - UX never blames the customer, but in this case the customer was blamed) 2
- Gift card redeemption is full of bugs
- I've had customers walk in the day after I sold them a gift card and the balance was showing $0 dollars
- I reloaded the gift card with the balance of the previous day and it then showed double the balance
- Aweful experience for me as a business owner and operator when i have to try to explain myself to my customers

- Not much support from SMS campaigns
- I was told on day one that tapmango was an expert in the coffee shop industry and they would help me get the money out of the program
- I have not gotten much help other than trying to push me to get customers to come for the free products
- QUICK TIP: ANYONE CAN INCREASE LOYALTY USAGE IF YOU GIVE PRODUCT FOR FREE 4
- Customers don't have to opt in through a text message
- As a result, I have found that most customers give fake numbers
- I've gotten a couple of complaints from people who are not even in my state, plus I've seen a bunch of bounce number (there is a reason, fake numbers) 5
- Too many bugs to know what is going on
- I had a customer register and once his profile was open, the customer had over $50 dollars in rewards
- That was one that I noticed, I am not sure how many times that has happened and I haven't just notice
- Support said everything looked good

I love Tapmango
Overall, Tapmango is great and I woul reffer to all my coustomers, family and freinds.
- First of all, I love the Tapmango's staff
- Everyone is super nice, always quick responce
- When I need a help , they are alway there for us
- Also the App is great
- I never thoght small business like us can have our own app
I wish Tapmango will offer us their own giftcard program or inteligate with company who offer more reasnable

Super Powerful, Worth Every Penny Despite Learning Curve!
Amazing, it's very advanced and works very well despite the learning curve.
- The rewards program can be super trailered
- The filters to create lists to exactly target the loyalty members I want to send marketing to is fantastic
- We also are able to create pretty advanced automation as well which saves a lot of time, but keeps us front of mind with customers
- Things are sometimes buried or not where you would expect
- My wife doesn't like to use the system because it does take time to figure out where things are
- Specifically, creating an email and sending seems to inception a lot
- Also, when we need to update our menu with our Square integration, it works, but it does take 3-4 times of syncing/verifying to get everything looking exactly like we want

Customized loyalty program
Great treatment, no matter the size of your business. It's great when you feel like you are treated like a top level customer.
- Pesonalized loyalty program
- If you can think it, they can most likely help impliment whatever loyalty plans you might like to use
- Website is a bit clunky and difficult to use
- But account managers can help navigate those concerns

Great email and text service!
We love the rewards and so do our customers. We switched to TapMango from another service and will stay with it. It was a great decision for our company.

Ok experience
I give them a 6. Services is good, I feel customer service is good but once you have the service I feel like there is no more communication to improve or ideas. Once they have you they are good.

This is the Best of the best when it comes to a loyalty program for any small or large business
Great onboard process, I would have liked more one to one training and more support when setting up. Shipping and setting up was delayed but that is to be expected with a company and team that is growing faster than they can keep up with. But I am sure they are spending extra time to get more support and staff to make this more smoother as time moves forward.
Advanced features, great POS integration, very advanced software development, and a team that tested each feature as a user to work out any bugs and make this software smooth and seamless to use for all types of users with novice to advance technology knowledge
GUI and onboarding process could be better but all can be self learned on their great resource platform of zendesk with step by step articles and videos, though it is time consuming, a great platform takes time to learn if it has such advanced and superior features that can be tweaked to your liking and tori industry

Five star was great in the beginning but they left a lot to be desired. When they lost SMS, they still charged us similar pricing and had no alternative options. We lost all the great features we liked about them and still paid the same money without having more guidance on how to move forward. Their technology was lacking and they do not integrated with any other POS systems but their own since SUMUP bought them out. This led to many many losses in features and with no integration became a burden to our employees and customers as it left us spending more time to get basic things done. In 3 years they never advanced or had updates or upgrades and it got very time consuming when we are busy, and as a small business you should make it easier for us when we are growing, but instead became a chore to run their system.
