TimeZynk is a smart scheduling solution that streamlines approvals and time management for managers and simplifies booking requests for employees. With mobile and desktop capabilities, users can access available shifts and submit requests for shifts on any device. Features include calendar timesheets, shift management, approval workflow, communications tools, time reporting, and notifications. With TimeZynk, managers can handle schedules with ease by approving employee requests for different open assignments. All reported time can be approved for payroll within a matter of seconds. TimeZynk will send notifications to users to notify them of late or incorrect timesheets. Users can make any necessary changes to their timesheet just by accessing and updating their time reports from the palm of their hands. TimeZynk's social network workplace enables users to communicate and connect with colleagues on work-related tasks or scheduling assignments. TimeZynk is available for mobile devices via iOS and Android devices.

Easy to learn and use. great overview. the app is fantastic. No stress in busy times

We need to keep track of a lot of people on a lot of different jobs on different time schedules. This program does it all. And the app makes it easy for our employees to get all info and say yes and no to jobs suggested to them. And because we dont have to phone them, but can reach them with a simple "pling" or chat, one person can do 3 persons job.

What they liked
  • Integration with other programs was so easy
  • And the app is the best feature by far
  • We can do more work on less time - and without stress because there is no phone constantly ringing
Room for improvement
  • There are missing some red flags such as when you ask for all hours or possible invoicing for a particular period, it does not warn you if you have a day or a person outside of the period you are asking for
  • You get what you ask for and thats it
  • But simple manual procedures has taken care of that for us
Switched From

Old program was slow, expensive and could not work together with other programs. And they had no app for the smartphone to our employees.
