I can't imagine my events without Tito
Tito is amazing for us, we using everyday.
- I can't imagine my events without Tito, it is the best plataform for manage and event, congress, workshops
- I like so much that it is so minimalist and functional
- Maybe that only works with stripe and paypal but it's ok for us
- I cannot schedule messages

Tito is an amazingly efficient and flexible way to manage tickets for your events
Tito has made our approach to organizing events and managing tickets incredibly easy and efficient. We plan several events around the world each year, and being able to simply organize each event, handle local tax/VAT, currencies, etc. has been incredibly efficient for us.
- Very efficient to setup an event with multiple ticket types and bundles, tax/VAT, discount codes, and many other complexities with ease
- Easy to make changes later
- Simple web component widget to embed within your event website
- Convenient connections to payment options such as Stripe and PayPal
- While it's possible to use Tito for frequently recurring events, e

- a weekly event, it's not the most efficient use of the product
- You can use activities and bundles, but the event typically has a single date and location listed and other challenges
- I don't consider this a big con, as it's super easy to have separate events for each, it's just not possible to automatically create a ticket that spans separate events

Tito is so clean and simple
It's great! After testing it at our San Francisco event, we are now rolling it out for our London event for over about 1,500 or so tickets!
- What I like most about the Tito ticketing is it's just so clean and just so simple to navigate and create tickets and manage
- It's like the best kind of event software without all the extra bloat of other things
- What I love is how easy it is to kind of set up things like discount codes straight from the dashboard
It's not that well known yet so when you want to integrate with other event software like on-side badgeing etc, there are not many providers who automatically do it, but the tito team are working on that

Tito is perfect for your conference!
Pretty good with good support when needed!
- Tito has been an essential part of our 7 editions of NG-BE
- While using tito we did not ever needed to worry about ticket handling and sales, it all just worked and provides all the functionality needed for a typical conference
- The only thing I don't like is that you can't duplicate discount codes
- But that's a very minor thing

- You can tell Tito was set up by event organizers, who understand both an organizer's needs and their pain points
- At every turn, when you think, "it'd be great if my ticket software could do this," it turns out that Tito either already does that, or their friendly, responsive team is extremely open to hearing the feature request and then putting it into place
- Their rates are also extremely reasonable and within (or better than
- ) industry standard
- There's not really anything now
- I've been a Tito customer for many years, and when I first started using them, I felt a bit wary going with a smaller outfit that was located in a timezone very far from my own
- Events often require an immediate response if something goes awry
- What I found in my first event using Tito though, and in every subsequent one, is that they are very responsive, especially when my events are getting close, and it does feel like they've got me covered
- So it turned out to be a false concern

I don't like it............I LOVE it!
I don't have to think with Tito. Not when I'm using it or when an event is live. I just know it will work and make our lives easier. Love it.

- Tito all the features we need and most of the features we want
- The team are super responsive and always open to feature ideas
- Our attendees love it too
- It makes sharing tickets a synch and someone always comments on how easy it is to use
- The price point is absolutely worth it
- One thing some attendees have asked for is the ability to book one to one meetings with other attendees and send them messages
- This is not currently available and I wouldn't consider it a "Con"
- But I had to write something here :-D

"UX, better features and just overall a better product. Some limitations from memory: 1) Ticket sales INC VAT in Sweden, but it seemed like there was something missing / incorrect when we tested that solution 2) A discount code cannot be just for one ticket type. Which means that we would have to have special products for tickets we give away to partners. Both regular and VIP 3) the fact that I we could embed Tito in our event website..."

Tito is the best option for organizing an event
This app is great! I haven't found another service that offers anything close to what Tito gives you for event options.
The ability to customize the data that you collect from attendees including asking questions

Tito - the best ticketing platform I've used
I used Tito for around 8 years and got to know it very well, often pushing it to bend to the will of our rather complex needs (multi day, multi stage, networking, workshops and main conference, free and paid-for tickets). The more I used it, the better I liked it, and that's saying something!
- Tito is easy to use, yet is an incredibly powerful tool
- Having used a few ticketing platforms over the years, Tito is the one I'd recommend for any business event use
- If help is needed, the documentation is excellent, and the team are incredibly responsive if you need to reach out to them
- We also found the API straightforward to use with an external name badge and lead scanning company
- Very little to dislike
- Automated price rises at specific times/dates would be awesome (especially as we had A LOT of tickets)

How I Use Ti.to
We've been using tito for many years to manage the booking for our small tech meetups and, additionally, for our hot-desk and meeting room clients to book our services. The team behind Ti.to are super responsive to requests, even going beyond the call of duty considering we use the platform for something it is not necessarilty intended to do. No PFOs here - it's clear that everyone is deeply knowledgeable abou the product - they are the best in customer service.
It is easy to replicate event pages, and pretty much does everything that is needed for organisers to give their own customers a great experience
- Good to say that there's not much 'not' to like
