20th Century Software
We originally decided on this software to integrate all departments operations in one system; this did not work out. We spent months discussing our issues with customer service, and it was very hit or miss. I understand this is a smaller, "niche market" company, and it is on the cheaper side, but the lack of functioning integration with online bookings and inter-department operations has caused us to move on. Very easy to train new employees on though, and the "room view" portion is handy for our maintenance and housekeeping forecast.
- We switched off of a very old system, so some of the functions seemed nice and new
- The ability to integrate all departments (F&B, golf tee times, membership, and lodging) is what made us decide on Total Integrated in the first place
- VERY glitchy software
- Room swaps could wind up leaving two reservations in the same room on the same night

Great product
A true partner when it comes to solutions for our company
- The support team is great along with the ease of adding new locations
- None that come to mind
- We have had some internet connectivity issues but they may have been on our side
