Tracker indeed
This product solve all my tracking needs in order to keep up with all jobs going on and people locations
It makes tracking all the jobs going on so much easier when you can look at it on a screen and literally everyone's one click away
It can be a bit user unfriendly but once you get the hang of it it's sorts itself out and it's not the best interface

Highly recommended!
The overall experience has exceeded our expectations. Not only is the system flexible to our process of sourcing, screening and vetting candidates, but it offers additional capabilities we were unaware of. Of equal importance - we exist in a high paced industry, defined by urgency and heavy competition - and the service and support we’ve received from the entire Tracker RMS team has been very good.
- It has been about six months since we switched over to Tracker RMS after being on the same CRM/ATS platform for about 15 years
- So far, we could not be happier with the service we receive on a routine basis from Noah and Jillian, and the good folks at Tracker
- The system offers us far more capability than what we had grown accustomed to with our old system
- Some of the fields are baked in and you’re not able to remove them or change them
- I would not say this is par for the course
- It’s really only a select few you are not able to modify or remove

It has truly been an excellent experience. The platform has automated various processes of our business and has made the team more effective in their respective roles. In addition, the customer service provided from all TrackerRMS staff has been world class.
Our practice decided to move forward with TrackerRMS as the ATS to support our staff augmentation business, based on the expansive features within the system and how easy it was to integrate these features into our business, while improving the workflow of our business as well

So much better than Bullhorn
Customer service is great! They are always very helpful and timely and even came out with a chat feature for immediate assistance.
- The best thing about TrackerRMS is how customizable it is
- We are able to edit fields, lists, create reports, and see everything in real time which has improved the efficiency of our operations
- There are some fields that we are unable to pull into our custom reports so we have to ask customer service to make the report for us which takes extra time
- It would be better if all fields could be pulled into any report

- Response times from the support services are amazing, coming virtually immediately
- I'm also pleased with how quickly my account manager, Morgan Volta, responds
- There is nothing to hate and I'm looking forward to additional upgrades and making it simpler to track information about applicants and clients

- The assistance function of the system is easy to access and operate
- The support provide incredibly fast response times, almost instantaneous
- I have no complaints, and I am excited for future enhancement to make it easier to manage data on both applicants and clients
- For instance, adding filters in the reporting section would be helpful
