Tracker is an on-premise and cloud-based legal case management solution that enables public/private agencies to streamline the entire case lifecycle, from point of arrest to outcome evaluations. Professionals can utilize the platform to manage processes related to adult probation, juvenile detention/intake, community corrections, foster care and more. Key features of Tracker include appointment scheduling, ad-hoc reporting, service notes, case planning, grant management and remote access. It lets users create/modify reports related to pre-sentence, social history and other instances, manage clients’ due dates and gain visibility into assigned cases or scheduled appointments. Additionally, professionals can receive updates or alerts about urgent messages, holiday schedules, appointment conflicts and special events. Tracker facilitates integration with various third-party solutions, enabling businesses to exchange data across systems. Tracker indeed

This product solve all my tracking needs in order to keep up with all jobs going on and people locations

What they liked

It makes tracking all the jobs going on so much easier when you can look at it on a screen and literally everyone's one click away

Room for improvement

It can be a bit user unfriendly but once you get the hang of it it's sorts itself out and it's not the best interface

Highly recommended!

The overall experience has exceeded our expectations. Not only is the system flexible to our process of sourcing, screening and vetting candidates, but it offers additional capabilities we were unaware of. Of equal importance - we exist in a high paced industry, defined by urgency and heavy competition - and the service and support we’ve received from the entire Tracker RMS team has been very good.

What they liked
  • It has been about six months since we switched over to Tracker RMS after being on the same CRM/ATS platform for about 15 years
  • So far, we could not be happier with the service we receive on a routine basis from Noah and Jillian, and the good folks at Tracker
  • The system offers us far more capability than what we had grown accustomed to with our old system
Room for improvement
  • Some of the fields are baked in and you’re not able to remove them or change them
  • I would not say this is par for the course
  • It’s really only a select few you are not able to modify or remove

So much better than Bullhorn

Customer service is great! They are always very helpful and timely and even came out with a chat feature for immediate assistance.

What they liked
  • The best thing about TrackerRMS is how customizable it is
  • We are able to edit fields, lists, create reports, and see everything in real time which has improved the efficiency of our operations
Room for improvement
  • There are some fields that we are unable to pull into our custom reports so we have to ask customer service to make the report for us which takes extra time
  • It would be better if all fields could be pulled into any report
