TRYM

My experience over all experience with TRYM has been great. The team is supportive and are a joy to work with. The online support is an even greater plus. TRYM goes above and beyond to ensure that cultivators are ready to use their software. They worked patiently with my staff and cultivators to ensure that we could use the program to its fullest and most effective capacity.

What they liked
  • TRYM is a great management and reporting software that really brings alive the possibilities a cultivation facility can have
  • As a cultivator and an admin for METRC it has helped me immensely
  • It makes reporting my numbers to the state a breeze and has a much cleaner and usable interface that is crafted to be used by the cultivator
  • I also enjoy using the tasks function to keep track of what is getting done and how efficiently said tasks are getting completed
Room for improvement
  • Mobile reporting would be a huge feature I would love to have in California
  • I know it's on the roadmap though

Trym makes my day and my teams day a lot easier!

I’m not sure I could grow without it! By far helps us stay in compliance and stay on task. Takes a while to understand what will work for your grow but once you understand you are able to adjust to fit your needs. In addition, they are always making improvements! Videos and standards are a great reference library for my employees. Support is there within minutes. Team is knowledgeable of their system and try to fit your process within their system to help make work easy!

Tasking, Metrc interface, ability to create measures and customer service is amazing
