A modern embedded onboarding and underwriting application for financial services
I was really impressed with not only the Aestheics of the product and how modern it looks and feels, but then the team's patience during the onboarding process to teach us the best practices.
- In the financial services space, an application is multi step with a ton of data
- Under allowed us to customize and embed our application with drag and drop fields, decreasing the number or repetitive information we need across multiple documents, and increasing the completion % of appilcations
There's a bit of a learning curb to understand how the system interacts from the online form builder, to PDF Mapping, and adding features like conditional logic

Awesome product overall!
Awesome product overall, was great to kick us off.

- io has made things so much easier for us with digital forms
- The form builder is simple to use and it maps straight to PDF
- We can also grab the electronic signatures straight away without all the back and forth which saves us a bunch of time
- Digital onboarding made getting new people on board way less of a hassle too
- We couldn't find an issue with the product so far
