Vestd simplifies cap table management!
I love Vestd as an admin but also a user. The interface is fairly easy to navigate as and admin and really great as a user. There are also many features to uncover and make things easier to manage as a company.
- I love Vestd for having one source of truth where we can now digitally store all of our documents in one place
- The integration with Companies House was a huge selling feature for us as this is a major cost saver as a company and allows you more control over your own filings and ensuring completion
- There are some aspects of the upload that are still very manual and I think leave room for improvement
- However, the team is really supportive in making sure that you get you onboarded and get everything done correctly
