Overall if you're looking for an easy affordable way to motivate people within your company to work harder and be publicly acknowledged for their efforts- this software is a great tool to use.
- This app essentially lets you virtually "reward" your employees by giving them badges for work they've accomplished
- It also allows you to communicate with your employees by inviting them to things like company events, through the app
- I really like this app, as it allows me to stay in contact and acknowledge positives in my employees without being as invasive as friending them on social media
- I strongly believe in the power of encouragement over discipline and truly feel like this application benefits my workspace environment
- Overall I think there is a lot you could add to this software to make it truly phenomenal
- It is one of the first softwares of its kind, and because of that I feel it has a lot of room to grow
- I hope they continue to update and expand into new features
- I'd love to see it become even more "social media" like; I'd especially like to see a setting where fellow employees could nominate one another for badges

- This is an amazing product for Digital Creators and or Live Events
- Before coming across this product I never thought about using Virtual Lanyards for our company
- With all the craziness going on in the world, most people are now turning to online meetings
- This product gives your customers a look and feel of professionalism before and after your courses/events
- The front end and the backend are well-designed and easy to navigate
- It may take a couple of hours to get used to it but once you go through it a couple of times you'll be a pro
- Having certificates at the end of the course gives your customers/students a sense of achievement and with it being connected with your customers LinkedIn page
- That alone will bring more customers back which will bring more value and my pay for itself
- I really don't have any cons other than the name mislead me into thinking they had badges like gamification software
- If you are looking for gamification software to implement, look elsewhere

Virtual Badge for space industry
We are using Virtual Badge in our company Leanspace to issue training certificates to external system integrators, its easy to use and set-up.
- It is very easy to generate new certificates with custom designs
- You need to set it up once and then automate certificate generation
- There were some bugs initially but that's part of the development process

I like the many templates they have to choose from, and you can send the digital badges to students in bulk via uploading a CSV file
