Save time and money on creating my own voucher sales solution.
- A very slick, frictionless user experience for customers buying vouchers
- Also dead easy to administer on the back end and set up new vouchers etc
- We never have technical glitches which is unusual for software and the support is always very promote and helpful when needed
- Very easy and quick to look up orders and get sales statistics
- The social media integration makes it very good for promoting offers if you create a voucher for the offer
- We alos use VoucherCart now for selling event tickets which works really well
Personally I would like to see more design options for the presentation of the printable pdf on eVouchers

Voucher Cart at a Hotel
Overall, set up was very easy from our first demo through creating our first voucher. As with any software, there is a learning curve, but once you are trained on Voucher Cart, it's very easy. You can use Voucher Cart as much or as little as you'd like for your business.
- The customer support is wonderful, and the features are very user friendly
- It's not difficult to quickly set up your first voucher
The only thing I did not like was the lack of integration with Mews, our PMS, in terms of booking directly through Voucher Cart, but they've just introduced a new feature to remedy this

We can sell a lot more packages and various vouchers with Voucher Cart, and will be able to have guests book directly through Voucher Cart once we integrate with Mews.

very easy to use and navigate in the back end. this is the most important aspect, making training other very easy.
Like how easily a voucher can be created and that private links can be issued, allowing unique vouchers available to only select consumers
- For discount codes, currently you can only share the 'code'
- It would be nice to also share a url so that when clicked, it will take you to the sales page with the code already applied
- This streamlines the user journey as there will be only one step - click the link
- Also the sales page and the backend seems to be a little bit slow to load
- Especailly on the sales page, this can affect conversion of sale and user experience

Brilliant addition to our business
Very good.
- It integrates to EposNow with no hassle
- They were able to upload all my previous vouchers onto the system for no extra cost
- It was ready to use within minutes of me downloading it
- I loved the fact they designed some of the vouchers for us using our design style
- It would be great if the in-store selling process could be improved
- When we sell the vouchers in store we have to fill out the form as if we were the customer
- It would be great if there was a selling screen removing the need for us to fill out the customers details

We can sell multiple vouchers for different products and experiences at the hotel, its all instant for the guest.
- It's very easy to use, manage and set up
- With some online training in under an hour, we were ready to go
- Support is very friendly and they are always willing to assist and drive sales
- There is nothing that we don't like
- We have seen voucher sales increase and it has taken all the admin away from us, which is great
