Ctos and Cios Must have !!
When introduced to this software I absolutely fell in love the first time I used it. Day one today 60 and I'm still loving everything about it.
I like that they're on top of their game operations and making life easier in e-commerce world

Used daily for less than 2 years
- Workarea has an easy, straightforward interface that utilizes search, enabling even the newest user to easily find their way around
- It has also implemented many features which one would hope to have in a robust ecommerce platform
- I am always hesitant to recommend any ecommerce platform that is proprietary to the developer
- It creates a situation where the marriage between retailer and developer is essentially permanent
- If the retailer become dissatisfied with the developer, they are unable to "pick up and move" unless they choose to replatform
- Knowing this, a retailer needs to go into things very certain that they want to work with that developer long-term

Great e-commerce solution
We use VTEX in our online store and the results have been great. The optimization for search engines has generated a lot of traffic for our store. The configuration options for promotions are very good!

The Business manager interfaces is very simple and easy to use for the merchant. Also the backend is rich of functionalities for example there are several rules to create a promotion. It is a true cloud platform so you don't need to care of all sys admin stuff and every few months there are new functionalities available on the platform.
