WAtchguard UTM firewalls
We have positive results using WAtchguard solutions globally on multiple sites, hardware appliance is rock solid.
- Easy to administer and customize using web interface
Web Interface doesn't have 2FA security enable, hoping to have the introduce in further releases

Watchguard - Enterprise feature for SME Money
We started with a desktop model and over the years worked up to a rackmount M series. We always received good support for the few issues we had and always received what I felt were excellent value upgrade and tradeup prices
- For us it offers many enterprise level features at at SME price
- The reliability of he hardware is oustanding - we had one hardware issue in 10 years and it was swapped overnight
- The UI isn't sparkling but it does the job
- The biggest shortcoming we had was lack of easy integration with Azure AD accounts using non Domain joined devices

We were using SBS 2003 and Zone Alarm The SBS product was going EOL and we needed a replacement. After reveiwing several options I went with a desktop T70. Never looked back! Over the years we moved up the range as our requiremnents grew and there was always a suitable model available.
Why they chose it
"The required feature set at a good price. Not the cheapest by definteley the best value. We loved the features of the Palo but it was out of budget. The others were broadly the same as each other but we felt overall the Watchguard offered the best value. Being well regarded in the market helped too."

Reliable yet frustrating.
Works well overall, management is confusing and painful.
We've been using WatchGuard firewall appliances since 2010, and they are very reliable and efficient
- I find their management software to be antiquated and very outdated
- They have done a horrible job when it comes to modernizing the WatchGuard System Manager and using the Policy Manager and Firebox System Manager is an exercise is a very frustrating exercise
- Contacting support is a painful process
- We don't have a super expensive support subscription so it's time intensive to open a ticket with WatchGuard technical support
- I also have a very difficult time wading through their support or community pages to find relevant information
- Overall, it's very frustrating

Overall decent product and solid, not flaky
I've used Watchguard for years. Product is solid. Support has always been great. Running into EOL when the product still functions great is a bummer as means I need to purchase a replacement. I get about 6 years due to this limitation.
- Support is excellent when needed
- Usually do support by email, but on occasion have called in when a critical issue has occurred
- Technically strong product, but because of the complexity, you definately need to research articles
- When EOL is reached, unit is still working great, but if you want support (or add-on services like WebBlocker) you are out of luck

Watchguard the best
I am satisfied with Watchguard products, they are of excellent quality and last over time... customers are satisfied and have a fair price for the market.
- The ease in managing the configuration of the various features and the quality of the work that the firewall does
- Even in complex realities, you can always manage everything with great ease
- The distribution part
- There should be more distribution partners and be more structured in the territory

Good to work with Firebox
I have had a number of issues over time and all have been reolved quickly.
- Ease of configuring in most cases
- The dropin mode is a good feature
- Unable to write one access list and apply to many rules indepenantly

Very good products
I am a network administrator that uses watchguard products for all my customers and very satisfied with the time I save to protect my customer's network. Time that I can use to develop their network

I would recommend WatchGuard firewalls to anyone who asks.
- Ease of use and understanding, even before formal training
Some settings are in several locations, making things a little confusing to navigate or to understand the preferred location

Solid security for the price
Great product for the cost, and very easy to setup and maintain.
- I like the simplicity and reliability of WatchGuard
- For smaller offices with very few needs this box is super simple to set up and maintain
- The cloud vs local management can be a bit confusing
- The setup wizards for security features could be a bit more clear and offer more tips/guidance
