A Flexible, All-in-One Solution for Order Writing
Our experience has been excellent. WizCommerce has replaced multiple manual workflows and siloed tools with a single system that integrates seamlessly with QuickBooks and SOS. It’s saved us time, reduced errors, and made our trade show operations more professional. The team is always open to feedback and actively improves the product.

- Features like advanced filtering, smart product recommendations, and seamless integrations with Epicor, DCKAP, and WorldPay have helped streamline operations and drive more effective selling
- Also, the AI-powered tools like “View Similar” and “Frequently Bought Together” allow reps to make intelligent suggestions even with a massive and constantly evolving catalog
- There’s very little to dislike
- The only challenge is that it’s now outperforming our own B2B website in terms of speed, filtering, and user experience—so we’re now playing catch-up on that front
- Wished all new functions/updates were part of the baseline functionality

Great Price for Trade Show Software
Staff is very accessible for questions and they were very accommodating to get orders to sync with our ERP.
- It is the least expensive trade show order-writing software I have found
- I only do two tradeshows per year, and this is the only solution that is economical enough for that volume
- I also love that we can use scanners to easily write orders in our booth
- It's $20 a month to have the emails sent from your own email address
- This was not a cost that I was anticipating and I can't imagine a business that would be okay with having their tradeshow orders coming from a WizCommerence email address so I feel like this feature should be included

A Seamless Wholesale Ecosystem for Our Reps and Buyers
WizCommerce is solving several major pain points for us. Our reps finally have a stable, fast tool. It is very easy to use, especially at trade shows. The admin team saves hours every week now that we’re not re-entering data into GP manually. Customers are also seeing a major upgrade in site usability and features. The platform delivers a far more cohesive experience, and it’s helping us increase sales and reduce friction across the board.
- WizCommerce gives us a connected, all-in-one experience across both our sales reps and customers
- On the rep side, the quoting, order writing, tear sheet generation, and trade show label scanning features are a huge step up
- Our reps have been able to quickly adjust to the new platoform and have enjoyed the enhanced features and faster load times
- Our customers now have a much smoother shopping experience with better product discovery and fewer roadblocks
- Plus, the integration with Great Plains means orders, invoices, and customer updates are synced automatically, keeping everyone on the same page without duplicate data entry
- Nothing significant so far, but there’s naturally some ramp-up involved when switching platforms
- The process for editing product information and loading images is more time-consuming than we would like, but they are working on a solution to make that as streamlined as everything else
- Thankfully, WizCommerce’s support team has been extremely responsive, typically under 24 hours, which makes navigating the change much easier
