- I liked the customer service the most, I think they have best in class service
- You can tell they genuinely care about their customers experience and will take all feedback and develop their software around that feedback
- The user interface can be a bit overwhelming for someone that is new to this type of software
- Having a place to view all archived reports/tasks will make this software more usable for record keeping over a long period of time

Operational Secret Sauce
I appreciated the free trial and was impressed with the team members I spoke with right away. The pricing is competitive and the onboarding process has been fantastic. We knew right away that Xenia blew the competitors out of the water in every area. Xenia has solved problems for us we didn’t even know we had until we knew the solutions available though this platform. Xenia is the secret sauce to our operations as we scale.
- The UI is clean and intuitive
- The features are robust and customizable
- The mobile app is excellent
- The dashboard options are exactly what we were looking for for multi unit operations
Some of the terminology is a little hard to understand at first but with some time it all makes sense

It's been a great experience. We have been rolling out Xenia over the last couple of months and the team has been super responsive to it and it is another great tool and resource for us!
- It is simple and easy to use, especially for those who aren't super tech-savvy
- I can also tailor it to exactly what I need which creates a really bespoke user-experience for my team
- Also everyone on the team has been super accessible to answer my questions when I have them
The way the agendas read can be a bit confusing, but once you get the hang of it it is simple

- Xenia has simplified our lives, reduced - close to eliminated all - text messaging, while allowing us to maintain the highest of standards in the services we provide
- I'd love to see a calendar option with special notes
- Sometimes there are little things we do in the guest rooms like leaving champagne or fresh flowers - it would be great to add that to the calendar
