Great App, Great customer support
GREAT customer support, which helped us integrate Yapla to our current operation.
- This app helped us save a lot of time and money
- We can now concentrate on answering other member's services
- Some automated form that we had before on a former app were not available

Act! is a totally outdated software that has a lot of probleme which can't be resolved.

Yapla changed our NPO for the better
Overall Yapla has been very great to work with. They are responsive to our requests within the parameters of the existing systems and the functionality for events, membership, and accounting management are unmatched. I'd recommend this system to similar organizations; however, I would encourage them to consider the transaction fees in addition to the license fees.
- Overall I would recommend Yapla to any organization that manages events, accounting and memberships
- Additional strengths include: front-end development looks much nicer in comparison to competitors; seamless membership management and processing; accurate and synchronized accounting records; API integration with other organizations - at a cost; and integration of the website content with email campaigns allow for ease of communication curation
- The monthly cost of licenses paired with the limitation to one user/license - Due to the limitation of one user per license and the system's inability to log you out due to inactivity, you are somewhat cornered into needing additional licenses
- In addition, there is a steep percentage charged as transaction fees; we have had to restructure our membership charges to accommodate for this
- Lastly, Yapla has spoken about additional features being integrated for over a year
- At this point, they have not roled any of these new features out and haven't provided any timelines in doing so
Switched From
Silkstart's system was not integrated with its accounting records. As a result, our accounting records in Silkstart took too much manual management and eventually became obsolete. Silkstart also asked for ridiculous costs associated with system improvements, yet they never provided ongoing improvements of the system.
Why they chose it
"Yapla already worked with other organizations similar to ours and they were willing to work within our price range. Wild Apricot did not have a system built out that already met our needs and would have been much more labour intensive in order to set up effectively. In addition, Yapla's accounting record system built into their transaction systems beat any other competitor."

un très bon allier pour votre association
au début un simple essai, très vite adopté par l'ensemble des utilisateurs et membres de l'asso. une belle réussite. L'interface est globalement assez simple et intuitive.
- Yapla nous a permis d'implémenter le paiement en ligne, ce qui a mis un terme à la gestion des chèques
- Quel gain de temps
- la gestion "à l'échelle" des membres enregistrés
- je trouve qu'il y aurait quelques axes d'amélioration sur ce sujet
- Une fois l'activité bien lancée sur yapla, cette base de données est critique

Yapla has greatly facilitated the registration process while offering full control over the who can register and when like limiting pre-registration for existing members until a certain time and date, before enabling new members to enroll and register. Yapla enabled the club to move 100% of transactions on-line for both registrations and merchandise purchases so there are no more cash and cheques to manage.
- Yapla has the functionalities to manage everything we need
- website, membership, event registration, online payments, automatically generated communications and receipts, newsletters, surveys and forms
- all in one place
- The payment processing is slightly limited in what refunds can be performed
- The complexity of the software can be overwhelming for new users and it is easy to not use all of the functionalities to their full capacity

A must discover all in one solution for non-profits.
As an agency implementing Yapla to our customer's projects was a great experience. I have to say that the support is great. Yapla is a rich solution with many possibilities. The support team helped us get going fast and help our customers take advantage of the solution. We truly feel like a partner.

- It adapts to almost all workflows
- It always up to date and our customers never have to pay for maintenance
Although we know it's coming soon, a few functionalities in the CRM could be added to make the product perfect

We needed to do away with the burden of maintaining several technologies in our ecosystem. We can now focus on what we do best : strategy and marketing. After analysis, we came to the conclusion that Yapla is a serious player that we are comfortable proposing to our customers.
