About Yeastar Cloud PBX

Yeastar Cloud PBX is a unified communications solution that helps businesses in healthcare, hospitality, retail and other industries manage VoIP PBX systems and VoIP gateways. It allows employees to communicate with team members and clients, manage conference calls and automatically transfer calls to a corresponding extension. Yeastar Cloud PBX offers a variety of features including call forwarding, user permissions, automated alerts, reporting, communication management and more. It offers Yeastar Management Plane (YMP) module, which enables organizations to create PBX systems for customers. Additionally, employees can utilize the SIP trunking module to handle multiple voice calls using local and toll-free numbers. Yeastar Cloud PBX comes with an application programming interface (API), which facilitates integration with several third-party platforms such as SugarCRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho, Salesforce, Skype and more. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via documentation, videos and other online measures.

Instead of using two hardware components in our two sites, we decided to use Yeastar solution and everything worked fine

Room for improvement

For our needs is super fine, I guess for someone with extra super duper features it can't support everything that some other solution can offer (although I'm not 100% sure about this)

Best UC features for lowest price

It's exceptionally best compared to other open source Asterisk PBX systems. Scalability, support are awsome. They are really serious about the business and maintain quality to ensure they get best name in the market.

  • Updates are very frequent, which impact business which run 24x7 operations
  • Updates can be once in 3 months make sense

Zycoo was not performing up to the mark. Also very bad support. Yeastar really work hard to maintain the good name in the market.

Reliable robust Cloud PBX

Great to use and nice to setup

The new UI of the P series is clean and well laid out saving time hassle compared to other PBX systems

Some of the help documents can have translation errors but can be worked out most of the time
