Very Happy
Everything has been working smoothly so far. When I had a question, the customer service agent on the chat was quick to answer. I think it is a great service.
- Easy to use and very accurate
- We were using another service that resulted in bounce rates that were still too high even after verification
- With Zero Bounce, we've kept bounce rates very low, and I love the detailed information on each report
- The only downside is that your files will expire after 30 days; however, this is ultimately a good thing because they don't keep emails on file for too long
- It just means that you will have to keep your own record log

Great for deliverability
It's been great, I keep my email deliverability really good thanks to ZeroBounce. I can rest assured that *Zero* emails will *Bounce* haha not really zero but very very few.
- Very accurate with email validation
- I really like the scoring on the catch all emails so I can get some more safe emails to reach out to that I wouldn't otherwise
- I guess I don't like the fact that it doesn't detect if I've already validated an email
- So I'm sure I've used credits twice for the same email since I sometimes use the single email feature and then it just disappears so I don't really know if I already validated that one
- Same with lists, I could perfectly use credits twice on the same list and would never really know

"I found one called lumrid (not an option above), at the end it was between that or ZB. Lumrid was the cheap option but then compared results and ZB was better so I made the investment. Turned out to be the best because of a discount from a review."

Best email validation service
A company can get in big trouble sending emails to non-valid addresses, and ZeroBounce completely eliminates this problem.
I like the way Zero Bounce divides the email validation into different categories, like valid, catch all, etc

It is a good service and we will continue to use it. I am hoping that they will improve the catch-all scoring or at least make it faster.
- It is easy to use and pretty quick to validate
- The product is price competitive, though zerobounce seems to be cheaper
It seems like my catch-all scores should be higher and the catch-all scoring now takes 2 days when it used to be faster and I'm still getting the same yield

Why I Recommend ZeroBounce For Cold Email Outreach
Overall I'm super happy with it. I always used it of course, and now my team does to. It's also the only app I ever recommend when it comes to verifying emails for lead lists, and just overall verifying.
- For someone who runs an agency in the remodeling space who reaches all of its leads through cold email campaigns ZeroBounce works increadible for verifying all of my lead lists
- We used to run in to a few problems in the past with a lot of emails bouncing, with the end result of our domain/inbox getting flagged, and no longer able to be used
- It can be a bit expensive if you are just starting out with your business, but that's really it
- I was fortunate enough to get my hands on 10,000 credits early on, so I was able to use it straight away

As mentioned above, my overall experience has been a positive one. The interface is user friendly and easy to navigate. We have seen positive results in regards to the email address quality we send to. I would highly recommend ZeroBounce.

MY ZEROBOUNCE STORY
The zerobounce platform has enabled me to effectively screen my mailing list thereby reducing the incidence of email bounces and erroneous labelling of my email as spam. It prevented me from being sanctioned in my organization for sending mails to inactive addresses.
- I like the flexibility of uploading the mailing list
- It allows inbound listing as well as uploading csv files
- The flexibility of the delimiter also eases the process
When listing emails, the system is unable to smartly identify and predict points of errors such as omission of domain name or '@' symbol on each line
