The best proofing tool I've ever used!
My overall experience has been positive. The people at Ziflow are great, and the platform is excellent. As a result, this has helped our organisation produce better quality assets.
- The features are by far the most powerful elements of Ziflow
- The dashboard, proof viewer, version control, and automation are all excellent
- For our organisation, there are areas of automation that can be improved
- For example, the intake forms lack functionality which can improve organisations such as us to be less hands-on

Ziflow is a game-changer!
I have told so many friends and acquaintances about Ziflow because it has been that impactful for my workflow. I can't recommend it enough!
- Ziflow has changed the game for our company and internal communication between departments
- The security Ziflow offers is top-notch and allows sensitive documents to be sent and reviewed with no issues
- I started at my current company just as we began to utilize Ziflow, and the customer support I received while setting up my account was incredibly helpful and swift
- Coming onboard as part of our marketing department, the project management aspect of Ziflow offers has saved us hundreds of hours and has streamlined our workflow in an unbelievable way
- I think if I had to choose one con about Ziflow (which is difficult to do), I believe it would be to do with the ease of recalling how to edit stages within the workflow
- For example, if I need to add an individual to a stage, it takes me a moment to remember how to make this happen, as there doesn't seem to be a clear "edit" button

It's not bad
Overall it has been fine, not great but not bad.
- It's fairly easy to use overall, there are some nuances to get used to
You are unable to route a website via the software which makes it a bit difficult if you have those projects

Takes the pain out of creative project management!
It has made our creative process and project flow so much simpler, and very straightforward to see who has opened, reviewed, and approved, keeping everything manageable and on track. As a designer that is an immensely valuable time saver!
- It makes it incredibly easy to track and respond to comments on creative projects
- As a longtime designer, juggling rounds of feedback and getting approvals/input (and then reinforcing it after deadlines pass) is always a huge headache
- Ziflow is the first platform I've used that actually manages this for you
- It can be a little bit hard to navigate the options for each draft - sometimes you need to edit/replace a PDF without creating a whole new version (even a minor one), and sometimes you need to carry some incomplete comments forward into the next round of feedback to continue the discussion
- Would be great to have an easy way to edit projects/approvers/keep comments in later versions, right from within the draft viewer

I wouldn't know what to do without it!
Its honestly great, I wouldn't know what to do without it. It makes my job so much easier and more efficient, I would highly recommend!
It makes reviewing and sharing assets so much easier, quicker, more straightforward and provides helpful tools that you wouldn't be able to access if you didn't have Ziflow such as the compare function
- When comparing the different versions of assets, it picks if the words have moved slightly on a page and this then can be confusing as it identifies it like the actual copy have changed when it actually hasen't
- Therefore it would be helpful to have a specific function that can compare the copy on its own, and exclude any design amends

Great tool to keep us organized and efficiently get feedback on projects!
It's a great tool to help our clients seamlessly provide feedback on their graphics and efficiently pass to our preflight and graphic production teams.
- User interface is really easy, quick and intuitive
- Helps keep everything organized and easy to refer back through the various review rounds of a project
- Cannot print or save out all individually loaded files to have a comprehensive review or proof package
- Would be much more efficienct and user-friendly to allow this functionality

Powerful Tool with a Learning Curve: My Experience with Ziflow
I've been using it since 2019. So far so good and very easy to manage multiple projects and versions.
- Easy to manage the proofs for all the marketing projects
- It's every intuitive when it comes to proofing workflow
- Love that they have custom domain and branding features
- Also the contact list that I can keep my client's emails when I send it
- Customer support is very responsive and listen to my issues

Ziflow - Comprehensive Yet Easy to Use
Overall, Ziflow helps our team collaborate more quickly, manage feedback more easily, and make the approval process on creative projects much more efficient. I've used other collaboration and proofing tools while working for other companies but prefer Ziflow. It is comprehensive, yet easier to use.

- it is easy to create new proofs and upload multiple different files
- It is easy to combine multiple files into one proof
- There are a lot of messages sent to email
- I wish that when someone made multiple comments on a proof, it condensed into one email rather than one for each comment
