there is no catalogue of e learning module available that we could use/buy it could be useful to reach the support by chatting online whenever we need It could be nice to have pre established e learning path per role, in several languages

360Learning is a great LMS
My overall experience with 360learning is that is great! It gives our company a platform to make our own training sessions that conform to our learning needs and processes. You can split into Groups and then into Classrooms. They also give you a place to right what you want to learn in a separate area.
- What I like about 360Learning is we are able to upload videos into a classroom and then anyone on our Team can go in and watch the video and answer any questions that are there to answer
- You can also mark feedback right in that same video and
- I have no general complaints out this system

360 Learning was great for basic on-boarding learning for new hires, however the customizable features were not as complex as I believed they would be
Offered collaborative learning, which build relationships between new employees on-boarding together
Not as many customizable features that I expected to allow for complex trainings, not easy to reach customer service

We are overall very satisfied with our collaboration with 360Learning. Since the beginning of our partnership, we’ve always been able to rely on a responsive, attentive, and supportive team. Their professional yet warm approach allows us to move forward with confidence in the implementation of our training projects. The platform is intuitive, and the support team is highly available to address our needs and quickly resolve any issues that may arise. A strong relationship of trust has naturally developed, which is a real asset in the context of digital transformation in learning.
- We also want to highlight the availability and dedication of our Customer Success Manager, who plays a key role in the successful execution of our projects
- Their personalized support and deep understanding of our challenges are major assets in the success of our partnership
- Additionally, the regularly held Stadiums to present new features are a real added value
- These sessions keep us informed about product updates while fostering direct interaction with the product teams
- It's a dynamic and transparent format that we truly appreciate
- One area for improvement we’d like to highlight is the consideration given to feature requests
- Some suggestions that we see as important — such as better integration with the Live (Teams) option, or the ability to create intermediate roles for more granular access management — don’t seem to be prioritized or are progressing slowly
- We hope that these user needs will be more strongly reflected in future platform developments

Way more Pros than Cons
To speak honestly, this software allows to easily track performance. IT is also very clear and shows exactly what is the current expectations that we want for a new member to pass. It is user friendly and easy to use.
- Easy to track current learning modules

Depending on the format chosen, it can feel like a pop-up screen, instead of a tab

A truly positive experience with exceptional Client Success Managers
A very positive experience. The project was launched more than 3 years ago, and I’ve had several client success managers, all of whom have been incredibly helpful. They’re not the cheapest, yes, but in my opinion, the premium support is well worth the investment! They guided me in discovering the platform, mastering it more and more, keeping me motivated, and finding solutions to the challenges encountered throughout this project. We are also well supported in content creation through training sessions.
