The Industry based video editing software.
Adobe Premiere Pro provides a feeling of being a Professional video editor. It is worth the pricing.
- Adobe Premiere is a Standard Industry Video editing tool
- Easy tobuse, you can learn video editing in few days and become a Video editor
- Consumes memory space on your PC
- Exports videos in large size of data, might need to compress output with a good video compressing software
Why they chose it
"Easy to use. Cross platform. Runs on Mobile devices. Projects can be synced to Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe CC)"

Adobe Premier Pro Software Review
It's been some years now since I started Using this Software I can say since I started editing videos over 7 years ago, I have been using this program so I normally upgrade with them as they upgrade to new versions over the years.
I like the fact that Adobe Premier is and has always been a professional program since I started Editing videos
It is more Professional but please hear me well, there is nothing wrong with being professional it just, makes it hard for new customers or people who are just beginning in video editing it is not easy for them
Why they chose it
"I chose Premier pro because it was more consistent and professional so I wanted something reliable and professional."

A good editing tool but poor customer service
Verified reviewer
- Adobe premiere was my editing tool
- At that time, it was considered much inferior than Final Cut Pro
- Then, the company really did a good job and turned adobe premiere into a professional editing tool
- It works well with Protool and AfterEffect (unlike Final Cut Pro X), it can export all different format files that answers the needs in the film industry
- The file organization similar to Avid and more flexible than Avid
- It allows the remote offline editing
- Wonderful
- Caption is so easy to work with
- It's compatible with all other adobe products, animation, aftereffect
- etc
- It has good potential for what it can do for film editing
- It offers different interface for different job, like editing, audio editing
- etc, and also you can make your own set up as well
- It's awesome
- I have a list of Cons here, 1
- Poor customer service
- Most of the time, if there is a problem, you go online or YouTube to find solution
- You don't get answer from the customer service
- 2
- Constantly they put out updated version, causing trouble for file sharing
- Also it forces you to upgrade your editing hardware
- If you have a lower version of the editing software, you gonna suffer so much bugs and problems
- 3
- Too little in the library, you have to pay extra, buy and buy as if the subscription fee is not expensive enough
- 4
- Not enough game for color correction
- Very limited and poor
- 5
- Not enough transition tools and options, very basic and dry
- 6
- I wish the sound editing tools can be a bit more, right now it's really basic
Switched From
Final Cut Pro X no longer compatible with ProTool and it has so limited choice, it's no longer workable in the professional world.

The best video editing platform for demanding jobs
I have been using Premiere Pro for almost 8 years as a professional editor producing video content for marketing purposes. I have experience with all competing products. Premiere Pro is feature-rich, time-saving, and robust.
- Complex, yet user-friendly editing platform that keeps getting better and better
New updates are prone to break a few things, but that may be true for any complex software product
Switched From
Final Cut Pro introduced a revolutionary new way of working with clips in a timeline. Unfortunately, it's not well-suited for every editorial workflow. It wasn't for mine where I build sequences like a mosaic.

My Go To For Editing
Excellent. This has been my primary editing platform for years
- This is my primary editor program
- It offers a wide range of text option, ease of editing, and audio enhancements
It takes a while to learn all the features, but it offers a wide range to complete projects
Switched From
I find that Premier Pro offers more features and a is a more better platform for professional filmmaking.

my experience with Adobe premiere.
I overall used premiere a LOT for media creation, design and even on some music projects. I've gotten great use out of it
- I love the limitless design with various tools to create whatever you wish
- I feel the use of splicing and moving videos, or even navigating the editing panel could be more intuitive like Adobe Audition
- It's something I could never get used to
Switched From
Less simplicity and more tools. DaVinci was rather limiting. But pretty decent for a free software

Steep learning curve, but worth the investment
I have used this software for many years. As a non-video professional, I have had great success with this software, but it isn't without difficulties.
The vast array of tool at the user's disposal allows for production quality video creation
The complexity of the menus and the constant updates that change the location of your tools
Switched From
Much better tools and more robust options for creating high quality video.

This should be your default video editing software
The functionality and wide support for this application makes it an obvious choice for video editing purposes be it small or big. Almost every editor I know of is assumed to be proficient at using Premier Pro.
- I like how it is considered the default video editing application everywhere
- This way concepts are easy to explain and templates work seamlessly to make my workflow more productive
- Although rare, the application can crash randomly
- I haven't yet lost a vital project due to the application crashing but I also dread the day it might happen when I work on something very important

A powerhouse for a reason
Premiere is one of the better platforms for video editing and it is my platform of choice when I need to turn something around quickly.
- Premiere is a powerhouse for video editing
- There are a ton of features that make it easy to create professional-level films and videos
- It integrates with the Adobe Suite to make using files from After Effects and Photoshop easy
- Like many Adobe products, Premiere comes with a somewhat steep learning curve
- It is not as beginner-friendly as some other options
- It demands powerful hardware to run correctly
- Premiere has also fallen behind some of the next-gen features of competitors
