Great for busy firms!
Our overall experience with Bill4Time has been great. The customer support team has been available when needed with quick responses and we have had no issues with the software.
- There are features for everything that you can think of
- Its easy for people to do the basic things that they need as well as advanced reporting features for administrators
- When you are using the software for projects with different companies, you are required to set up different logins
- This can create confusion and requires staff to confirm that they are signed into the correct account when tracking time

I love Bill4time!
Bill4time was just easy, friendly, helpful and economical. I love it.
- I love Bill4time as it is intuitive and economical
- It replaced an expensive Timeslips subscription I was looking at and is wonderful and easy to use
I wish the expenses could have an entry memorized that fills in, such as "Copies" so I did not have to type every time, but hopefully that will get addressed
Switched From
Cheaper and easy to move to Bill4time. I did not have to migrate, I just ended out on the old system and started new on Bill4time.

Bill4Time: Less time on billing.
I have saved a lot of money by using this software, and I would have otherwise had to spend a lot of time and money.
- The software has a very reasonable price for the number of users you are allowed, and the functionality
- There are multiple configurations that each client can have depending on the fee structure, and I have never had a problem with creating a billing agreement that could not be expressed in this software
It is difficult to finalize the invoices, and occasionally, the software will have issues selecting which client to finalize an invoice for

Critique of desired changes
very good substitute for the Legal Works Program we had been using for about 10 years .
I like that my billing program and file data program are available and I can manage my law practice with this program without having to spend a fortune
- Calendar needs default to "all users", contacts needs a search feature, Calendar needs to show more entries before going to "show more" additional, Client needs a way to show entire address with email address for posting into emails and letters, Payments needs a way to post retainer payments without an invoice for the same
- Invoices are too difficult to amend in mass so using drafts to do billing leaves ability to clean up wording and move to other clients

Wonderful Time Keeping Program
Bill4Time is a well written and thought out program. It's easy to administer and it's easy to work with as a user. Very user friendly for those who are not tech savvy.

Excellent. As an attorney I enter time and generate invoices myself. I do not have staff do it for me.

Bill4Time has good billing features and support, but the interface could be more modern and faster overall.
