The updates creating the modern reporting look have been widespread disliked by myself and others that I work with

• The AI feature in Quickbooks Online is still a little rudimentary
• The software will attempt to determine some transaction types based on the dollar amount of the transactions and is frequently incorrect
• This has lead to client payment transactions being categorized in the incorrect accounts

• The price of this great product keeps increasing, and I’ve also received quite a few phone calls requesting payment updates
• I’d prefer to receive those requests by email rather than by phone, especially from overseas

• Like all cloud base programs one of the cons is that you have to have a good stable internet connection to be able to access your data
• Also, the subscription costs have increased and now you have to pay yearly versus just purchasing the software bundle this can be costly if you have multiple features and users

• I do not like how often they are changing features and am not a fan of the new invoicing layout
• Quickbooks fees seem to be continually increasing as well and I find it hard to sell it to clients when the fees increase frequently

• Customer support is almost never handled by someone in the US so that is an area that needs improvement
• I do feel like someone always reaches out to contact me back withing 12 hours so that is helpful
• The value for the money that you are spending could be better
• The cost has risen quite a bit in the last couple of years
• There are also quite a few bugs and errors that I run into while using it
• The cache has to be cleared pretty often otherwise it will run into errors and glitches

• Plan price increases are ridiculous
• For a condo association, paying $115/mo just to uses "Classes" is a bit overkill
• The constant upselling inside the app is annoying
• Every time I use it i feel like i'm being pressured add on, upgrade, enhance, do more
• I just want the in-app advertisements to stop
• no i don't want Payroll
• No I don't want bill pay
• no, i don't want dog-washing service
• I just want to enter some bills and payments

• What I like least is that the visual aspect keeps changing and I prefer the traditional view
• I also have an issue with the connection it has with Houzz, because it duplicates transactions

• The downloads to bank statements and credit cards don’t always work
• This can be frustrating
• They sometimes then work later on after you manually made adjustments to reconcile accounts, leading to duplicated entries

• The only thing that is OK is the sync with banks for transactions
• But it becomes useless as the scanning of receipts is so incredibly useless
• SO I have THOUSANDS of bank transactions and THOUSANDS of receipts
• But VERY LIMITED matches
• The scanning and auto review of receipts is SHOCKINGLY bad
• I would say that out of every 10 receipts I scan or send directly to the account email they give us is NOT categorized and labeled correctly
• I have to manually update amount, date, and category even for repeat vendors and purchases
• AI is immature at best
