FreshBook Review.
FreshBooks is the best accounting software hands down. QuickBooks and any other platforms can not compare. There platform keeps your accounts connected not like QuickBooks.
- The platform is super user friendly, easy to teach and the reports are amazing
Pricing is the only thing but I feel that it is worth it compared to a lot of other platforms
Switched From
QuickBooks cost was higher and the accounts will never stay connected on Quickbooks and I always had to call Quickbooks and it will work for a few days and disconnect. This was a never ending cycle.

Perfrct invoicing tool for SMEs and freelancers
One of our first accounting softwares' we'd used and the main thing we wanted was easy to use, quick invoicing, time tracking on occasion and managing a couple of employees expenses which it did really well.
- Perfect for small business/ freelancers
- Quick to learn and did everything we needed at the time
- Good access via app and automated invoices were ideal
- The cost of adding more users on as we grew
- The limited personalisation at the start was fine but as we used it more and more we had to find workarounds
Why they chose it
"Sage we did have a trial with for about 3 months and it felt like it did more but not as simple. Xero we loved but at the time our then accountant didnt want us to go with it as he preferred Freshbooks. Freshbooks was the right price too at the time."

- The software is user friendly
- I can export invoices as opposed to typing each one
- Freshbooks also integrates with my Quickbooks account
- There is also a 30 day trial period that allows businesses to get familiar with the software and try before buying
- There are currently no complaints at this time

Basic ease of use but with a high price
When I first got the program it was very inexpensive and the main thing I liked was my accountant could access all of my stuff. It has since doubled in price and a lot of the features that they add do not benefit me like the payroll section. You can only have one person as such myself without paying extra on top of the $60 a month
- To accomplish the normal everyday estimates and invoicing it is fairly simple to use
- It offered me the mileage tracking without paying additional for it, but it does have some inaccuracies
- For the price it doesn't have the add-ons and lots of missing features that I could get from another program, but it's a lot to transfer to another one so I have tolerated it
- The tracking mode isn't 100% accurate and it does not send you automatically a copy of your invoice or estimate to your email and can be tricky to go back and find it and they only save it for a certain period of time

It was cheaper at the time and offered mileage tracking which was a huge Plus

They will block your account with no explanation.
Customer support is horrible. They won't answer you, just give you pre written responses. Not sure why.
- It worked well until they shut my account down with no explanation
- I highly recommend keeping your data elsewhere

- They shut my account down and didn't explain why and started ignoring my emails
- I am in waterproofing and I've been creating quotes just fine during the free trial and a few days after I paid they shut my account down and wouldn't tell me why or give a refund
- I put lots of time into getting all those quotes migrated onto the system and now I have to start again on a different app
- I wouldn't recommend for small businesses that don't have their data in multiple places coz finding all the quotes I've sent is gonna take a while
- I had used them for another business that had 2-3 transactions a month for over 2 years so I felt comfortable using them for this new business that had more transactions
- I was wrong to have done so

FreshBooks is the realest of them all.
It's awesome and it's pricing plans favors even small businesses. The experience was good and worth all the efforts.

- For online payments, Freshbooks is our number one solution, with it's excellent features it does exactly what it's supposed to do
- Very demure, I highly recommend

An invoice management software.
It has efficiently manage our financial records well even with my little knowledge in finance and helped simplifies issuing of invoices with ease.
- I like the way it helps in tracking both transactional and tax records with ease
- It also help tracks paid and over due invoices, with its invoice and billing management features i also get to issue a professional invoice
I do not have any issue as of using this software as its interface makes it easy for me to use and customer service has been helpful
